There is no doubt that was probably done. The investigators should have swabbed all relatives and those assosicated with the case. Even as the investigation progresses, swabs should be taken of any persons of interest. It is standard practice in most felony investigations.
The detective at the Pettaway trial said they got DNA from everyone they interviewed.
Also Julia Bates was NOT on Pettaway's team
Correction , i never once said she was on cameos ''team'' i said she was prosecuting attorney . Correct ???
