Calls to 911 are public records. The media has access to them. Not sure why the need to ask for immunity for public officials. But the judge granted immunity and the prosecutor will present the tapes as evidence against Pettaway.
May have something to do with the victim refusing to testify? None of it makes sense to me, just hoping that Pettaway is held to answer for beating on this stoopid twat. The hospital records should seal the deal.
