I just listened to the 911 call. I agree with everyone that it doesn't ring true. I generally remain calm in emergencies. I can see a parent remaining in control, holding it together to try to find their child. What's missing for me during that call is a sense of urgency. People making 911 calls tend to speak quickly because they want help quickly. I got impatient listening to that call. I wanted to say, "My daughter's missing. Can you send some officers NOW and I'll answer your questions while they're on the way?"
Another "tell" for me was when the father threw in some extraneous information about going to the baseball game.
