You wouldn't believe the amount of crap I have to listen to on an almost daily basis when it comes to her...or maybe you would. Heh.

It is being reported that big money donors issued marching orders, to other GOP debaters, "to take out Trump", tonight.

Guess big money is fearful a "beholden to no one" (thanks, user!) candidate . . . if successful . . . won't be lining their pockets with taxpayer monies or favorable legislation. Political appointments, too.

Looks like this election is really about who controls the Treasury.

For being labeled a buffoon, Trump sure has both political parties worried.

They should be.

BTW - My legal beaner friends love him.

They're tired of paying for slackers of all colors . . . like me.

Yeah, but would you and your legal beaner friends really want Trump in the White House?

I see a lot of good in Trump's candidacy; in the sense that he forces other candidates out of their shells on controversial topics that should be addressed.

I think Trump's a buffoon sometimes, but he's also shrewd other times. And, I think he's succeeded in getting more of the population to take interest in politics and make their voices heard.

Trump is very good for the race, but he's too undisciplined and extreme for the Oval Office, in my opinion. I don't think he'll get the Republican nomination.

If I were to vote now, Trump would get my vote.

Ask me again, in a month.

The "debates" mean nothing to me.

The fact that you'd vote for Trump today answered my question Tiki.

One of my sisters and my mom are behind Trump too.

For me, the debates are helpful. I like to see how the candidates respond under pressure and criticism and how closely (or not) they stick to the truth. Also, with a record number of GOP candidates running, I'm interested in where they differ on issues that matter to me.

Today the Democratic debate schedule was released.

– October 13 – CNN – Nevada
– November 14 – CBS/KCCI/Des Moines Register – Des Moines, IA
– December 19 – ABC/WMUR – Manchester, NH
– January 17 – NBC/Congressional Black Caucus Institute – Charleston, SC
– February or March – Univision/Washington Post – Miami, FL
– February or March – PBS – Wisconsin

Each Democratic State Party will serve as a debate co-host in their own state. So far, there are five Democrats officially in the running.

O'Malley's very critical of the schedule and process; he feels it's tilted in Clinton's favor. And, Sanders thinks there should be a lot more debates than currently scheduled.

I hope Biden officially tosses his hat in the ring; it could spice things up a bit.

Well, now I'm curious what MS's black friends Lamar and Glenn think about Trump.

It would have more meaning if the candidates actually stood behind the issues they portray to in the debates, but they don't. It's just smoke up our asses.

It certainly worked for me. I don't much care for politics and the only real interest I have in it is throwing out a "Go, Hillary!" here and there just to see if I can jerk a chain or two. I haven't felt like my voted counted in a long time and I believe it wouldn't even be missed if I didn't use it. The Donald has got me as interested as I've been in a long, long time.

They're backing Hillary. Didn't you watch the video I posted? "1/3 of the civil rights are unjust to black people."

Oh for Christssake. Fuck the black people. Sometimes I get so sick of hearing about their crap, not all blacks of course, just the stupid, complaining fuckers.

For me, there's value to the debates beyond just the answers the candidates give.

But, I understand that not everyone cares for the debates or gets the same things from them.

You get smoke up your ass; I get a better feel for the candidates on a few different fronts.

Sorry, I didn't mean to set you off Duchess.

For what it's worth, based on MS's posts, Lamar and Glenn are the good kind of black people.

They support George Zimmerman and don't you even think about lumping their asses in with THOSE Detroit blacks. I think they might play golf too.

You're a very analytical person. You take the time to listen, really listen to what people have to say. Not a lot of people are like that and I appreciate that quality in you. I know when I read your serious posts I am getting facts & information that you have given consideration to. I like it and I know I can trust it. I never question your info. I know you'll listen closely to these debates and post your opinion/s, matter of fact I'm counting on it.

You might be more simple-minded and just take things at face value, Gunnar. Nothing wrong with that.

But, a lot of us get more out of a speech, a debate, a public statement, a protest Smiley_emoticons_hurra3...than just the words themselves, whether some of those words are practiced/supplied or not.

Anyway, it's impossible to script how one candidate will react to another when an unexpected point, dig, compliment, etc...is tossed out there. Anytime there's group interaction and point / counter-point, there's bound to be some on-the-spot reactions and responses.

I will watch as much of the debate as I can because I'm interested and get something out of it. I'm not trying to convince you that you should watch or get something out of it. It's Thursday night; I understand that you'll probably be tuned into Sponge Bob and tossing back the Dos Equis with your compadres.

You just called me fat again! The_Villagers

And I will watch the debates with Trump, because I suspect it will be a train wreck.
