Thanks for the update, sharit!

Haven't seen the details published yet in regards to the 9 guilty verdicts.

The perjury and fraud charges are the most serious and could result in jail time, IMO. I'm not sure if guilty verdicts for the charges of misleading police in an investigation would involve incarceration or probation.

ETA: I'm surprised at the "double digit years". Guess it will depend on the specific guilty verdicts. The sentencing phase should be interesting.

I bet the prosecutors are smiling too.

She did seem very "off" in her testimony at the Neuman trial. That tape probably sunk her.

Sneiderman was charged with lying under oath, misleading investigators and hindering the apprehension of a criminal in connection with her husband’s murder in November 2010. Each count carries a maximum sentence ranging from five to 10 years in prison.

She was found not guilty on three perjury counts and one false statement count.

I haven't been paying attention. I didn't realize the murder charges were dropped. 50

I hope she gets quite a bit of time for the 9 guilty verdicts. I don't think she was innocent in her husband's death.

According to a juror interviewed yesterday:

Sneiderman was essentially found guilty of lying about her relationship with Hemy Nueman during his trial and in statements to police during the investigation to cover it up.

She was found not guilty of lying about knowing about what went down at the Daycare Center beforehand.

Will she spend years behind bars? We should know very shortly.

Sentencing to be handed down after a short recess; watch it live here:

I didn't realize that the insurance fraud charges were dropped when the murder charges were dropped.

So, Sneiderman's been convicted of making false statements to police about an affair, which equated to interfering with the apprehension of a criminal. She was found not guilty of lying about knowing of the murder details beforehand and wasn't charged with murder or conspiracy.

4 years or less jail time and she's already collected over $2 million in life insurance pay-outs on Rusty's two life insurance policies.

Since the fraud charge was dropped, I wonder if she gets to keep the money when she's released? Unless the insurance company files a suit against her, I'm assuming so.
