We've been through this before with you. Apparently your work/office has certain things blocked or you have settings on your browser that won't allow media files to show.

You'll just have to figure out these things and not post 'red x' as if we can fix it for you.

try downloading a few media players like Real player, windows media player and quicktime. That is a good place to start.

Then check your browser for the preferences and options you obviously neglected to set.

THEN if all else fails, you're being blocked from work or just a dumb ass as suspected.
