Caylee Anthony. NO JUSTICE
It's part of the job. hah I just showed them the button to unlock the shotgun, and told them to not let me get killed when the shit hit the fan.

most of them wanted out after about 4 hours anyway.

I guess Casey was picking out her wardrobe with Ms. Mitigating

They're having so much trouble trying to get jurors that have been randomly selected, that keep citing "hardship" & want to be dismissed. Why the hell don't they just ask for "volunteers"? I'd be willing to bet that they would get flooded with them. If I was still in the area, I would volunteer. But ofcourse I'm a little bias, and would not be able to help myself from spouting off, lets fry the bitch!!

It has to be a random sampling. Can't have the blue marbles jumping up and down and saying choose me choose me, jmoo. Just doesn't work that way.

jury selection has bored me somewhat. i'm living for opening statements. Smiley_emoticons_fies

but i'll continue to listen to it because you never know when bozo et al are going to put their foot in it. that's usually pretty entertaining.

I only heard the thirty something student being questioned. I was
however, interested in the comments made by the panel. One
pundit said that this person needed something in her life to take
her out of the 'bubble' she lives in. I found that intriguing. Now,
I can not hear online, as their input is only registering 1-2 on my
computer. Could hear it great yesterday. Darn them!

Damn, I can't believe that all these potential jurors haven't heard of the Casey Anthony case. Where have they been living, in a cave?

Speaking of pad & pencil..what the hell is Casey jotting down on her little notebook? First she was constantly playing with her hair and readjusting her clothes...now she's playing secretarySmiley_emoticons_razz

I wasn't able to watch any of it today. Does anyone know how many jurors they got through yesterday? The judge said yesterday that they had about 30 something left and they would "stay there" until they were finished...."get some sandwiches" he told them. Well, the first guy took almost 3 hours...even if each juror took only an hour they would be there all night.

Did I hear correctly that the judge's first name is Velvet? I love it. I hope it is...it totally suits him.

BTW... who is the diesel dyke?hah

shit. this juror got in. she was dumb as a stump and understood none of the questions. she'll be the one who hangs the jury. damn!

The state did try to eliminate an African-American woman who said she couldn't judge people, but Judge Perry didn't allow it.

they are done for the night because of big baby mason. will resume at 0830 saturday.

Orlando Sentinel
Attorneys seemed to settle this morning on one more prospective juror in the first half of the sixth consecutive day of jury selection in the first-degree murder case against Casey Anthony .

Judge Belvin Perry Jr. said at the end of the first session in a Pinellas County courtroom today that once attorneys agree on six more potential jurors to add to the nine they already have, he hopes to move toward getting the trial underway.

"Fifteen is the number where once I hit that magic number, that's when I'm going to start swearing them in," Perry said.

It really doesn't surprise me that some of these jurors haven't heard of the case. I wouldn't have heard of it if I didn't read on missing person cases all the time. I don't even watch the news or any crime shows. Nobody I asked had ever heard of the case either.
