Went all day without a cigarette, beer or meat. I'm on a health kick that I plan to stay on, but it's really making me sick. Literally. I don't know if it's nicotine withdrawal or what, but I feel like shit.
I don't care much for meat anyway with the exception of a nice aged steak every once in a while, I know it's not the beer because I go without that all the time, it has to be the cigarettes. I'm nauseated, have a headache, jittery and can't sit still.

We are going to a county fair in Yorkshire today. Traction and steam engines, farmers market, trade unions march and speechs. Real working class northern shit! Great Britains rednecks letting their hair down!

I'm there now, every year we come there are less and less traction and steam engines, the men that own and maintain them get old and die and no one is interested in taking over so they end up being scrapped. Shame really.
