We had slow cooked beef cheeks tonight in a red wine, garlic and balsamic jus. Served it with parsnip potato mash and fresh green beans. Every plate came back clean..

I've eaten oxtail before. I made an Osso Bucco with it and it was better than the traditional Osso Bucco that is made with veal shank.

I sometimes would like to enjoy the hell out of meat the way so many of you do but the moment I begin to think about sinking my teeth into FLESH I become revolted. Thinking about it makes the back of my throat tighten and I do get a yen for a cheeseburger or a steak but then I begin to think about it and it's all over.
