Isabella Grogan-Cannella 8, missing in Bullhead City AZ
#21
Tania's older daughter was removed from the hotel the family is staying at by CPS.

Here is a short video of Tania defending herself from comments about her (lack of) involvement with her daughter.

Tania plans on going to the jail to talk to Justin Rector. She thinks he will tell her why he killed Bella. Legal types can weigh-in here, but I doubt that Rector's lawyer will allow this.

An update to this case:

Police in Bullhead City have arrested the mother of a 8-year-old girl who was killed last month on drug charges.

A police SWAT team arrested 29-year-old Tania Ann Grogan, 29, and her husband, 28-year-old Ralph Pat Leroy Folster III, at their home Wednesday evening. Folster refused to surrender for about two hours.

Police say they learned the couple were selling heroin and methamphetamine last month. They were booked on drug sales and possession charges and Grogan faces an additional charge of manufacturing meth.

Heroin and Meth, no wonder CPS took Isabella's older sister into custody. Kids and heavy drugs do not mix. I hope that these two go away for a long time.

Damn, this just gets more bizarro.

Tania Grogan, Ralph Folster and Tania's mother Freddie Nicholson were all arrested for selling Meth.

Police were investigating because they found a Meth pipe in Nicholson's room (which had to have been when they were investigating Isabella's disappearance).

Tania Grogan is married to Ralph Folster-but Ralph must have a girl on the side:
Officers say Grogan surrendered immediately Wednesday, but Folster refused to come out and enlisted the help of his girlfriend and neighbor to try to evade arrest. His 21-year-old girlfriend called 911 and falsely reported that an officer was shot at a gas station, police say. Folster climbed through an attic to a neighboring duplex where he was hidden from authorities, they say. The girlfriend and the neighbor were arrested.

God Bless Isabella. I hope her sister is happy and safe wherever she is.

Thanks for the updates, Cheyne. Isabella's supposed caretakes aren't qualified to care for a Chia Pet, much less children.

The family album of most recent mugshots:

Grams the busty crack-head

I'd bet Isabella was essentially on her own by the time she was 8; probably acting as protector to her younger sister in the drug den they called home. Isabella had no protection from the loser addicts who were in and out of that house.

I'm happy the little sister was removed from the home after Isabella's murder and hope the three stooges ^ enjoy their forced withdrawals behind bars.

This is what happens when you bring drugs and the lowlifes that come with it around your kids. Shameful.
