It has a rich, salty umami flavor. It Almost reminds me of the drippings from a roasted prime rib.

I'll try it eventually. I've always wanted to try something with umami flavor ever since I started watching MasterChef and Top Chef. I almost picked up som umami seasoning when I went shopping last weekend.
