We may have our first ever female VP. That's exciting and long past time. Before Obama was elected I thought for sure we would have a female president before a black one. I wasn't as into politics back then as I am now, I just liked to argue about it, much in the same way Sally likes to argue for the sake of the arguing, but anyway, our first female vice president! Booyah!

I honestly don't know why they nominated Hillary last cycle. She's more than qualified but with decades of conspiracy theories and downright hatred for the entire family, she was a bad choice and would never have gotten elected... hence Trump. And I can't think of a time when a president of the same party was elected after one that had already served for two terms so it was a long shot anyway.

That being said, Hillary would have been an outstanding VP and I don't think her inclusion would have been so distasteful to people.

That's not entirely true. More often than not I argue because I feel I'm in the right. Here's an example, picking that twit as the VP is a bad move, especially in the condition Biden is in.It's just like with Palin.
