That's cool, I was never a soup person but next week I will try a Turkey soup. The carcass is in the freezer and there's a ton of meat left on it. I usually just eat seafood chowder with biscuits. Most of my turkey is gone. I now see the difference between frozen and fresh. It's amazing and I almost can't sleep thinking of it.

I made a turkey vegetable and orzo soup. Making garlic bread on the side.
