What keeps me sane are books, video games, getting laid, music, and oddly enough... stressing myself out major writing code... that must be because of the sense of accomplishment I always get upon completing a project or something I guess.

I think going online and reading stuff here and other places keeps me going. Reminds me that there a people out there a hell of a lot goofier than I am.
As for a RL thing, or hobby, reading, and some of the craft things I do. Whatever can keep my mind occupied.

I used to make jewelry when I had the space... ever seen wire wound? I used semi-precious gemstones like garnet, amethyst and peridot.

I had lots and lots of books on jewelry making.

It was fun but I'm the kind of person that likes a little pat on the back occasionally and no one seemed too impressed with my efforts. Spending two - three days making a chain like that warranted very little as far as thanks went. I might as well have thrown them in the trash.
