I already know you're stupid so how about I just come down to your level and work with what you give me?

So, seeing as how you think you know something about my time and how I utilize it, why don't you explain how you figured out I have too much time on my hands and what you think I should be doing with it.

I think you're just throwing shit and hoping something will stick. Why don't you shock me and prove I'm wrong? Maybe you could try a fag lame. That might bother me. Or how about a nice insult to my masculinity. Might leave an impression. Heck, you could even try calling me bitch again. You never know right?

Pssst Hotd - See? I told you she could do it. We're halfway home.

Michael Jacksons mom reported "Missing"

[Image: images?q=tbn:ANd9GcScIUxAQ87lVwshOesCwrN...F2WSbhFLCh]

Katherine Jackson, the matriarch, has been reported missing by a nephew and the LAPD homicide/missing persons unit has been asked to investigate. She went "missing" after Janet, Rebbie, Tito, Randy, and Jermaine filed papers accusing her lawyer and her manager of mistreating her in executing Michael's estate.

Michael's daughter, Paris, is tweeting that she wants her grandmother home "now" and the report indicates that Rebbie and Janet won't let the kids talk to their grandmother. Jermaine issued a statement that Katherine is resting in Az on her doctor's orders. The linked CNN article has quotes from her manager and lawyer who seem to be pressing the issue that she's in danger.

I think her children have their mom holed up and are trying to get her to change representation or are forcing some such change and don't want her location leaked. The current lawyer and manager probably want to get their hands back on her and are pumping the accessible family members and the press.

Course, if she turns out to be in trouble, I'll feel like shit. But, sure looks like more bullshit surrounding Michael Jackson's estate in this "family dispute". Hopefully, their aunts and uncles have his chidren's interests at heart. What a weird life they live.

sure as shit this is about getting control of the old bat and manipulating money.

Money makes people do funny things, and that family never struck me as being wired 100% to code, so to speak.

I think you're both right about this latest Jackson family dispute, LC and Donovan.

Press is reporting that Katherine Jackson was located by Arizona police and confirmed that she was fine and wanted to be where she's at. There has been no explanation as to why she hasn't been in contact with Michael's 3 children, to whom she is the legal guardian (hope they're in the care of someone with some damn grip on reality).

Mrs. Jackson's children claim that the lawyer and manager of Michael's estate are mistreating her. But, reports show that Michael Jackson's debt has been nearly erased by the $475 million its raked since his death, under their advisement - profits from the estate are said to go exclusively to his mother and his 3 children (and to cover the legal/advisor fees, exceeding $13 million).

Hard to tell if her children are trying to carve a piece of the pie for themselves or if they have legitimate concerns for their mother and Michael's children. Hope it's the latter, but looks to me more like the former. Sad.

Los Angeles (CNN) -- Security camera video obtained by CNN shows the tension between Jackson family members amid a very public dispute over the whereabouts of Katherine Jackson.

The 82-year-old matriarch of the Jackson music dynasty has not contacted Michael Jackson's three children since she left the home she shares with them on July 15, although a sheriff's investigation concluded she is safe in Arizona.

Siblings Janet, Jermaine and Randy Jackson attempted to convince Michael Jackson's two oldest children to leave Katherine Jackson's home with them Monday, but Paris and Prince resisted, three sources with knowledge of the incident said. The sources asked not to be identified because of the sensitivity of the matter.

The video shows Janet Jackson apparently trying to take a cell phone away from Paris Jackson at the Calabasas, California, home. She scolded her niece for using her phone to write about family issues on Twitter, according to the three sources.

well hell, she's 82.

Los Angeles (CNN) -- Katherine Jackson, the 82-year-old matriarch of the Jackson family, arrived home in Calabasas, California, with a police escort early Thursday, according to a source close to the family.

She had left the home she had shared with Michael Jackson's children on July 15 and had not contacted them before Tuesday from Arizona.

On Wednesday, a judge appointed TJ Jackson, the 34-year-old son of Tito Jackson, as temporary guardian of the children.

Katherine Jackson said she was crushed that another family member had been appointed as temporary guardian in her absence.

I think it was Tj and his brothers that were in the band 3T, totally off topic but they were cuties back in the day. 70
The only reason people get lost in thought is because it's unfamiliar territory.

The Jackson family is one big hot mess.

Matriarch Katherine Jackson now says she's willing to share guardianship of Michael's kids with her grandson (their nephew), TJ.

Meanwhile, looks like TJ has filed for full guardianship and the court ordered an independent investigator to interview the kids at school and unannounced (good, imo) to determine if the guardianship will be split or given fully to either Katherine or TJ. The family allowance from the estate for guardianship is $70k per month - it's a money maker. Meanwhile, Michael's siblings are split on the matter and yakking up to the press, blah....

Just put these kids with the least crazy asshole in the bunch and have someone from CPS regularly monitor - that's what I'd like to see happen. Then, maybe they'll turn out more well-adjusted than their father. Fingers crossed.

This would make one sad country song. 34

Singer Randy Travis was charged with driving while intoxicated after the country crooner crashed his car west of Tioga, Texas and was found naked and combative at the scene.

He was also booked on a felony retaliation and obstruction charge, said Grayson County Sheriff's Sgt. Rickey Wheeler.

Here's how it went down. When police arrived at the scene around midnight, Travis was lying naked in the street, with his busted up 1998 Trans Am off on the side of the road in a pile of construction debris.

Then, when police tried to get him into the squad car, he threatened to kill the troopers,
said Tom Vinger, spokesman for the Texas Department of Public Safety.

Travis refused sobriety tests, said Vinger, so a blood specimen was taken. The test results are pending.

Travis was released on $21,500 bond Wednesday morning pending an appearance before a judge in Sherman, about 60 miles north of Dallas.

FoxNews.com's calls and emails to Travis' rep were not returned.

Travis was charged in February of this year with public intoxication after being spotted in a vehicle parked in front of a church in Sanger, about 20 miles from Tioga, where the entertainer lives.

According to the police report, Travis said he had just gotten into a fight with his girlfriend.

He later apologized to his fans.

"I apologize for what resulted following an evening of celebrating the Super Bowl," Travis said. "I'm committed to being responsible and accountable, and apologize for my actions."

He also has been involved in messy court proceedings with his ex-wife. Travis was divorced from Elizabeth Travis in 2010 after 19 years of marriage.

Earlier this year, Elizabeth Travis, who had been his manager for more than three decades, filed a lawsuit claiming that Randy Travis made it impossible for her to do her job and terminated her management contract without proper notice. She said her ex-husband sent several men, including an armed guard, to clean out her offices.

Randy Travis countersued in May, accusing his ex-wife of divulging confidential information about him in order to damage his reputation and career. The court documents don't say what information Elizabeth Travis is alleged to have betrayed.

Alcohol sure does fuck people up in more ways than the obvious. If he's not an alcoholic right now then he is well on his way to becoming one. His drinking is affecting his life in a negative way.

Potheads don't do shit like that.

Live a life where no one requires you wear a paper suit.

And, if for some bizarre reason you must, make sure it's not powder blue.

Something that I don't understand. Why wouldn't a relative or friend or business associate bring him some suitable clothing? For sure he was going to be photographed upon his release.

I would consider that kind of help as enabling him. He needs to have a rock bottom moment. Too bad this walk of shame probably won't be it.
