How much did you get, Clang?

Do you ever have to shovel the snow?

Landlord takes care of it on the rare occasions when it actually snows.

Stopped snowing 15 minutes after it started again.

What's the snowpack like in your area at the peak of winter?

We got about 10 inches of snow.   It was really light and fluffy.   Wednesday,  we are supposed to get 5 inches of sleet and rain.   I have already prepared for this, however I bet a lot of people in my area have not.  I can't wait for the begging.  I can guarantee you that everyone who laughed at me,  is going to ask me to help.

Currently snowing

Generally 4-7 feet in the lower valley. Its really not that much. Where I was before was 10 and even that isn't much.

Sometimes I will have no snow at work and drive 2 miles home and have an inch of snow.

Your weather made my news again and the NWS is saying it will be blizzard conditions in the Cascades.

Oops I missed your question earlier.

It has been saying "blizzard" all weekend. I think it is coming-I think it will be in the mountain passes and higher elevations of course.
I'll be curious to see how much snow we get and how high the winds will be.

It's okay. I posted that AFTER you had posted you were expecting "a huge snow event". I wasn't paying attention.  Smiley_emoticons_slash

Woooooo!

It used to be that when snow was in my forecast here that I would literally lose sleep because I was so excited.

I wish I had been awake to watch it. Had to shovel out of the snow plow berm but otherwise it was smooth driving.
Shoveled sidewalks at work, swept off satellite dish
And it's still snowing.

High winds, mix of rain and heavy snow and flooding predicted. Possible power outage.

Aside from the snow, same here. It's been raining nearly all day and the wind began to pick up a great deal about an hour ago.
