Methusala, you're saying you think that Johhny was in on it? If that were the case, why would his friends/partners have killed him?

SS, please go over my first para. I think JC accidentally expired. They were so dumb/clumsy that they didn't anticipate how fast he would suffocate and/or they were distracted trying to persuade Lisa to disclose access information re valuables. They expected Lisa to quickly tell them what they needed to know, and they panicked when Johnny died from suffocation.

They were not the sharpest knives in the drawer.

What would be the significance of having the interband pants under her neck.... was there ever any mention of her having been strangled?

it seems odd to me that she would wish her son to RIP but not his girlfriend, aka "that poor girl"

and how does she know the alleged killers came with bags and tape, afterall those are common household items and not something i would expect random burglers to use as their weapon of choice

Methusala, your theory is probably as viable as any. I agree that whoever did it was stupid.

RP, I've seen no mention of her being strangled, but there's been so little information released. I still wouldn't be surprised to hear she was sexually assaulted.

LC, at this point, what are your instincts about whether the primary motive was robbery or murder?

i posted my theory quite a while back, but it's like reading 'War and Peace' to wade through this thread now. in a nutshell, i do not believe the intruders/killer(s) went there with murder in mind. i think they were known to the victims. it simply got out of control and became a life or death struggle. i believe items that were in the house were used as weapons of opportunity. from what i understand, it was a very messy sloppy amateurish crime scene. which is why i think there will be arrests as soon as forensics come back. garden-variety burglars do not usually kill.

I believe robbery was the primary motive with total disregard for any collateral damage. But I think it was planned to coinside with with one or both victims being there. I see the security papers as a deliberation of the crime and was used either in the planning stage or put to good use during its execution. Either way I think it shows that there was an OBJECTIVE and until that objective was met the perps were sticking around.

JC's father has such a common name that some or all of his TMC list may not be him, but I will attach or upload it if someone will tell me how.

With a name like "John Clarke" that's impossible.

would at least need DOB & MI to compare.
i'd prefer to err on the side of caution than drag an innocent person in the mud.

i made you a member Smiley_emoticons_smile

you too Zero. Smiley_emoticons_smile

i wouldn't be shocked if Johnny's father has a record, his mother does. in some families it's not a big deal.

this is totally random but something ive been thinking about and solely my opinion...ive been reading FB, specifically T page to which it seems to me by her recent posts, nothing ever happened to her "friends". And more so, if i were on the phone with someone and heard what she claims, and later finding the cell phone was scattered about, i would be scared out of my pants thinking the killers could know the last person the victims were talking to...
