Thankyou Methusala... Ya know maybe I am wrong but if I was a concerned parent and I really thought my son was in trouble.. and if I had known where the key was to the garage/kitchen door.. I would have rounded up a few guys or a friend licensed to carry.. to go over to the house with me to check it out.. Even if it was just to peek in the house and take a listen.. I do not think I would have been able to keep myself from doing it.. even if it mean't getting in trouble by the law. But I have never been in a situation like this and pray never to be in a situation like this.. Why would you wait to kick in a door.. when you know where a key is... ???

Thanks Methusala for getting that transcript so quickley. As this plays out I am doubting anyone is gonna get nailed for this crime until one of the players rolls on another. These two kids were trusting and vulnerable and ripe with opportunity. Looks like anyone and everyone knew how to get into the locked house. But someone had at least an hour to commit this crime as "T" rode past the house and eyeballed it. I am sure the victims were dead and perps gone by the time anyone who had the sense to help were provided that opportunity. Who was it JC and Lisa were expecting? In this senerio even "T" could gets excused because she can't believe interferring wouldn't jepordize her friends since she knew what they were doing that night couldn't include a visit from the police. Only after repeated attempts to connect with them did she realize the tragic possibilities.

After having read some of MissTs wall and her boyfriends wall they are somewhat volatile... The de-evolution of our youth ... jeez.. And she is a mother ... Children learn by example.. sad sad sad... I know it was mentioned by someone in a post earlier that MissT's ex had robbed a guy... a minor I think it was... and the kid had come back and shot him and the ex died from it. Johnny had been in prison for robbery and so maybe this is an act of revenge also... someone who he had robbed maybe wanted to scare him and get back at him the same. From the transcript posted above also Johnnys mother makes it sound as if when he was on the phone supposedly talking to MissT that the intruders were already in the house...

I saw someone point out that the key is IN the garage. She's seen people use the key when the Garage door was open. When she was there that night the garage was closed so she couldn't use the key.

IMO...All the characters revealed so far may be suspects but I think the perps were opportunists who have yet to appear on the radar screen. Good detective work will establish a link to an existing character who in this drama dosen't know that they know who the perps are and may be surprised that they were the nexus that made this crime possible.

The garage may have been open at the time the break in happened. But then the perp(s) closed it during and or after the attack.

Holy cow. I read some of the stuff on her wall and I missed that. What was the date of that post? What I noticed was a post on ¹⁄₃₁ saying her friends were dead or RIP Johnny & Lisa, then never a mention after that.

Very icky, nasty, low life, people.

Oh, and I noticed her mention her love for her three kids and one about to be born.

That post is on her boyfriends wall...it was dated January 3... and I still do not see where it says the garage door was closed... I see this quoted from the mother.. "Lisa`s car is in the garage. There`s -- all the vehicles are in the driveway and the garage." does it actually say somewhere that the garage door was closed? I am not finding it.

I wonder if that's true about Lisa having a jealous ex boyfriend who just got out of prison?! JC's mother is such a loser I don't know whether to believe her. Maybe some of the locals who seem to know more personal details of the parties involved can confirm this info.

BTW, on some of the FB pages they only have pics of friends and no wall. I don't think I saw a wall on Lisa's page or anything that she ever wrote. Did I miss something? I also can't get the MySpace photo viewer thingy to work with my browser, though it seems to be an old page.
