Just wondering has anyone ever looked for rap sheets on Joe and Maggie Cromer, JC's uncle and aunt who spoke at the first press conference the night of the murder's with Lisa's uncle? I hope I I am not breaking rules, I am not calling them out as suspects, they just made themselves well known the first night and then disappeared. Is that Maytee's sister? Do you remember her, Aunt Maggie, seeming to almost laugh through the interview though media cut her off after seconds? Or her strange laugh-like, joker expression in the Toledo Blade? Maybe she was on xanax to remain calm....but.... They said he was so close to them that he was like a son...though now they have become silent and almost forgotten, conveniently invisible...this is not an accusation per say, so I hope i am not in trouble on here. I very much respect LC and the Dutchess, but with all the criminal records pulled regarding anyone we can find associated, what about them? I am not a great sleuth like many of you...so I am just putting it out there....can anyone do a search on them? Just a curious cat, who has felt bad vibes....

They are both professional working people that are caught up in a bad family situation.

time of death is always estimated by necessity, unless we see them die. it can go a little each way depending on external and other factors. so there is wiggle room in the case timeline.

also, I think it's possible the TOD was around 1 am. Who's to say, JC & LS weren't tied up & gagged for a period of time, before bags were put over their heads?

I think Maytee and Tiff are both very, very damaged people. :(
Addiction can muddy water- quickly.
That being said, I keep going back to this being a premeditated murder, to prove a point, to get back at, etc.
It all revolves around Johnny in my mind.
The robbery was secondary.
I really believe that this was revenge for something or someone JC fucked with in the gang/prison world.
He and Lisa paid with their lives in a horribly savage way.
I think this was done by 2 males, if not more- in their 20's.
The plastic bags/bound up thing seems like a retaliation murder to me.
I think that Maytee has lead JC to this lifestyle, and I worry for her other children.
I also feel very sad for her, as well as LS's family- no one, no matter who/what they are should EVER have to bury a child in this manner.
This was a murder filled with rage. I believe that it was planned and carried out.
I am hoping for DNA results and/or a possible loud mouth gangster type to brag or confide about this murder as boasting, OR to save his own ass in the future.
I do believe that many of the key players in this entire thing are heavily addicted people.
Sad to think that the biggest problem my parents had to worry about was kids smoking a doob or drinking a few of dad's Coors on a Friday night after a football game.

Just because an unidentified female stated that cell phones were on their bodies, does NOT mean it is true or confirmed. Again, here we go. LE nor anyone else published has stated that cell phones were on the bodies. LE stated that cell phone parts were strewn around the room, Lisa's uncle has confirmed that statement in print. Once again...Maytee, or one of her cohorts threw something out there that isn't Confirmed as true.
ALso, Lisa's uncle has stated in print and confirmed that LISA WAS IN UNIFORM when found. That she didn't even have a chance to change. She was not naked, her top wasn't off, her pants weren't off....AGAIN...more 911 calls being taken as the gospel when they are NOT.
I fell we have to expand our feelings and thoughts, along with our suspicions. We are starting to do what sometimes cops do...Coming up with a theory, then jamming all the evidence and making it "fit" your theory. I only say this as the wife of an undercover cop and he has discussed that problem before. I see us doing that also. Nobody thinks Maytee would set up her own son to die? WHY NOT? Mothers kill their children with their bare hands all the time. What if Maytee just set up the robbery, not expecting Johnny to be hurt? She's the one shooting her mouth off about the Straubs weren't home, safes, they were after something in that house, I've seen where they keep the key..etc. She's talking WAY to much, blatantly making up shit and insinuating that that is what has been said when it hasn't, blaming others, taking center stage (has to be center stage in my book), on and on...We just don't WANT to think a mom could do that. LIsa's ex is still a viable suspect in my book. Revenge for snitching is also viable...the list is endless of suspects unfortunately. The only thing I do NOT think is viable is a straight forward, stranger home invasion with intent to rob. THEY DIDN"T TAKE ANYTHING!! Oh wait, yes they did...a 40 bucks in the change jar, overlooking all the electronics, jewelry, etc.
Someone mentioned previously that JC snitched to reduce his time and get out early. If I'm reading the docket right...all of them got out early. JC was only sentenced to 2 3-yr terms to run concurrently and in Ohio, you serve 1⁄3 of your sentence and you are eligible for parole in most cases. 3 years...served a little over a year...that sounds about right. He didn't get out early per se cuz he snitched...it was just time for him to get out of our glorious prison system here...
IMO- If as you say this is created by the "unknown female" it is information that can be disputed because it is so specific. Then I submit if its disputed it would go to explain alot of things stated by "unknown female" that night. Like "cabinets ransacked". It would further support TW when TW states that TW never said those things, That they were created by U know who...just my Opinion

Good point. 1 am could be the time people fled and bags placed on the victims shortly before.

i hate to be graphic, but they weren't left there alone/alive with plastic bags over their heads. that is not a SURE thing like a bullet, and they had to make sure they were deceased. :( they had to watch them asphyxiate. takes a special kind of person to stomach that.

Regarding time of death - I thought the 1-4 time frame was speculation, prior to any autopsies. Usually it's the temp of the liver that is used to estimate the time.
