I searched out, how long would it take to die, with a plastic bag over your head. Worded it other ways too, but it pretty much comes up with, anywhere betw 5 to 7-8 minutes. You lose consciousness first, then as the brain is more deprived, death comes fairly soon, after that.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: My son is in the basement, tied up with a towel (ph). I just saw him through the window. The police were (EXPLETIVE DELETED) earlier and did absolutely nothing!

Quote:UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Both cell phones are on the ground, and we can see the people. Him and his girlfriend are tied up in the basement!

911 OPERATOR: Cell phones on their bodies?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: With cell phones on their bodies!

911 OPERATOR: She`s unclothed with (INAUDIBLE) pants on.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: She only has pants on! And their hands are tied!

I think everyone can agree that the "unidentified female" is Maytee as she keeps saying my son.

More stuff that bothers me...

1. She says, "I just saw them" Yet it has been reported in PRINT that she waited in the car while her husband and cousin went to see if they could see anything. The cousin comes running back yelling call an ambulance, call the police...so Maytee did not see them when she said she did.

2. I can't see any way where you would say the word towels instead of duck tape.

3. The basement??? I don't even know where the hell she got this...You don't confuse a kitchen/family room combo with a basement.

4, Cell phones on their bodies? LE did not report this tho they reported cell phone parts strewn all over...I just think this is completel fabrication

5. Lisa has no top on. Lisa's uncle has confirmed that Lisa was still in her uniform..she was not found undressed.

All of Maytee's 911 calls in my opinion are half truths and complete fabrication and exaggeration about what was said and what occurred, and what she saw or didn't see. I swear, everything she says muddies the water further and makes it more difficult to weed out fact from fiction.

yeah, would be a horrible way to die, knowing you're going to run out of air. Those few minutes would feel like forever :(

I agree. I just want to know how she knows so much when she was
not there. Did someone tell her they might do that to Johnny? Was
that a threat she received? DId she speak to someone who was
there? Were the phones on the bodies and she or her husband are
the only ones whg know this? I do not think a parent would even see
a phone if encountering such a scene.

Maytee was upset that the police weren't responding as she thought that they should have, so she was saying things (prior to John kicking down the door) to get the police there to do something. Thats why there are so many discrepancies w/her stories.

I think she also made up a lot of things, she claims Tiffany said too. Whether it was out of frustration or not, she sure gave a LOT of detail on what she says Tiffany said. It's like she needed to blame someone immediately, for this.

But all this exonerates TW from accusations being made by other that TW said tese things and changed her story.

I was trying to find a profile of the murderer who would kill
like this and have not found anything. But it would have to
be pretty pointed and dastardly.

But I did find this on ASK.com
Can you be convicted of murder for suffocating someone with your vagina?

Why does this matter? She didn't say "I saw the key, touched it and fondled it every Tuesday." She said she knew about it. I don't get all the speculation surrounding a Mom who was "insane" with worry and now grief. There is simply no way she wanted her son dead, and no way she'd protect his killers.

I guess if people like nitpicking her every comment they can, it just seems pointless to me. Smiley_emoticons_stumm

She said she saw kid's take the key!!!!

well, it's like Lady Cop posted earlier; there's always some 'wiggle room' with TOD.

I still think drugs are related. Can't get the digital scale & "pieces of white plastic" on the kitchen counter, out of my head. I think he had drugs there, & I think the killer/killers got whatever it was. It MAY be he'd been blabbing about his dope being locked up in a safe, when really it wasn't. Even if Tiffany never heard him mention a safe, it doesn't mean he didn't tell others. Then again, with the brutality of the crime, using suffocation, makes me lean toward gang related, & JC had done something to piss someone off. I do believe someone thought there was a safe in the home.

well, here's a case, where a plastic bag was put over the head of a 91 yr old woman, not all that long ago. Robbery was the motive. http://www.nytimes.com/2010/10/07/nyregi...uilty.html

(02-17-2011, 08:31 PM)lawheeze Wrote: Something else about the 911 call vs. Tiff's statements here:

911 call:

"So I drove out to their house after umm my friends mom got home and umm nobody answered the door so I drove back by our house to see if maybe they went to his moms house and umm but he wasn't there and ummm so his dad called my phone and I was like do you want a ride out there and he says yeah and I brought him out here and now his moms arguing with me saying I set them up and you know their my friends and Im worried about them and I don't have and you know Im worried about my friends because they were suppose to come pick me up and I mean they never showed up."

Tiff's statements here:

"and after i left the first time i drove back and then called a friend whos boyfriend is johnnys best friend .i asked for the number she would not give it to me.she told me stay by my phone shed call me back an 20 minutes later johnnys dad called i told him what happened and told him i was driving back there did he want a ride he said yes so i turned around and picked him up thats why all the time went by."

"personaly i think the lady(Maytee) is crazy.i did not kno her i met her the night of all of this."

So in the 911 call, she wondered if JC and LS had gone to his mom's house, but they weren't there. How did she know where his mom's house was but yet she had never met his mother before? I guess it's possible, but just seems odd. And how did she determine at "his mom's house" that "he wasn't there"? I believe from Maytee's 911 comments, she didn't meet Tiff until the Straub driveway. According to Tiff's statement, JC's dad called and she told him what happened. Had she just gone to JC's mom's house and determined he wasn't there without actually speaking to anyone? Was everyone out of JC's mom's house but then suddenly they were home and calling her or 911 from there?

Had she met JC's dad before? Why did she offer him a ride when Maytee soon was in a car on her way to the Straub's? Why did the dad need a ride? Why would Tiff and the dad consider car pooling if they didn't know each other?

And another thing, if one of my friend's asks me to come over, says they'll call me back, and then they don't call and they don't respond to my calls and texts, I would assume their plans changed. I wouldn't be worried for their safety.

She is referring to the house she is living at. She lives with a friend's mom. LS and JC were supposed to pick her up there so she went back to her friend's molm's house to see if they might be there. she is NOT referring to Maytee's house. BTW I think Maytee lives in a trailer and not a house!
