I've seen successful drug dealers. I know someone who was in the game for over 10 years making paper, selling and not getting caught.

What makes a successful drug dealer? They are the ones who do inconvenient things for a drug dealer to do, such as, never selling out of their home, only selling to people they know really well, actually working a real job, etc.

Now, I will tell you what smart drug dealers and dumb drug dealers have in common...they get caught. You will get caught.

Here is that video where Maytee explains with her hands the way the tape was on her son and the remnants left in a bag near the body. Can you give me an opinion why there are no tears streaming down from her eyes. I have lost someone dear to me and the last thing I could hide were my tears.

That was the video that a few of us found rather unsettling. There are no tears. She seems distraught but no tears. Really strange. And at the end she says, "There is no apologizing for what you have done to my son." That's the understatement of the century. Apologizing??? Does anyone find that a super weird choice of words?

Regarding the bags: Anyone violently attacks and duct tapes two people up and puts plastic bags over their heads, THEY MEAN TO KILL, PERIOD. To even entertain any other idea is not right, to put it mildly. Whoever did this is/are psychopaths. I still stand by premeditated murder, too. This was not an afterthought.

storm... i am completely with you. while i don't see this as being a professional hit (just doesn't seem "clean" enough) i just can't seem to convince myself that this was never meant to be a killing. the way in which they were killed is just too horrific. i think robbery was certainly a part of the night but i think murder was in the cards all along.

if they had entered into an altercation with johnny and/or lisa and things escalated, it seems they would have been murdered in "the heat of the moment" (out of anger during a physical fight with fists or knives or a gun or blunt object, even strangulation). i don't see someone who doesn't intend to kill someone but does because things get out of control taking the time to search around for duct tape and plastic bags, securing them, placing the bags over their heads, taping them all up, and watching them struggle to live. it just takes too much time and effort to do it, thinking about what you're doing the whole time, rather than letting things get out of control and beating someone to death. of course, this is JMO.

I'd still like to hear from the people that were watching the Pro-Bowl w/Johnny. According to Maytee's interview w/Jane Valez... Johnny told his friends that he had people coming over that night. Which is interesting because according to Tiffany, Johnny & Lisa invited her over during the 11pm phone conversations. So I call BS on what Tiffany was actually talking w/Johnny about.

I'm not sure if you've seen this Mr. Z or not, but looking at him in the infamous picture and then looking at some of Johnny's pictures, even with Johnny's hands duct taped behind his back, I think Johnny would destroy this Mr. Z guy. No matter how strung out or desperate for drugs he was. Let's face it, Johnny had did jail time and was a fairly large young man. Some 135lbs minor is not gonna overpower Johnny. Now if you're saying Tiff, Mr. Z, and maybe two other guys that fit in the toyota carrola drove over to the house and overpowered Johnny and Lisa, that I'd believe. Mind you, although Tiffany is a capital E for Ediot, she is pregnant. A mother with even a little bit of common sense would avoid a physical confrontation with the thought of a miscarriage. I find it hard to believe that a spontaneous crime would culminate with a manner of death this unusual. There are many more convenient ways to subdue and kill someone. The thorough search in the bedroom for the safe also suggests premeditation.

Lisa's parents would be able to confirm if that was possibly from their home. And about the safe... again, Mr. Z and Tiff had hung out w/JC and Lisa a few times at the house.. JC could have mentioned the safe at any of those times, or even at the party. Might as well look for that safe after the attack

Good point on text messages the only that would be concerned is Tiff and her posse. A random home invasion or random burglar wouldn't give a shit.

Cell phone companies can provide the text from text messages upon request. If you were simply looking at your cell phone record you wouldn't be able to access that information, but it can be provided.

I have had several dreams about this case! I also am finding myself a little scared to be home alone at night! We've always locked our doors, but anytime I heard a sound or thought I saw a shadow out a window last night I couldn't help but think of this case! There is a store called "Interband" out of Largo, Florida. It is a leather apparel store. Could it be that they are Interband pants because the tag on them says "Interband" and she ordered/bought them from an Interband store?? AND, didn't somone say that those vacation pictures were from Florida?

this certainly could be... BUT i think we may be worrying too much about the pants and what they are and what they should be called etc. while i could be very wrong, i'm don't think it's relevant. my guess is that they are pants such as the yoga pants someone posted a picture of and someone just threw some random made up term for the name of pants.
