Of course even if there was no original intention to encounter JC & LS and torture and murder them, not only the perpetrators but anyone in on the planning of what might have been intended as a simple entry and robbery faces the possibility of conviction for first degree murder, because proof of premeditation is not required for first degree where the killing is incident to the commission of a felony.

My theroy has the perps following JC and LS into the garage upn their return and confronting them. Or taking advantage of an open garage door, left open because JC was just dropping LS off to get changed and was gonna run right back out. An expediancy of the moment thing. Or just that the perps knocked and charged in after JC or LS opened the door.

I don't think that anyone on this forum has CONFIRMED that he/they were involved in a heroin drug bust. It has been the rumor locally since this case broke that JC sr was involved in a heroin bust/truckoad/ snitch/tongue cutting/ confidental informant gone bad type of scenario. I've heard that rumor twisted up so many times...but locally it's been going around from the get-go.

And that was June 2010. So it looks like JCsr rap sheet is not as long as it appears. Atleast 6 of the entries were dismissed because they had the wrong man.

I thought I saw where his charges were pending . I didnt see where they were dropped . Perhaps I am reading in the wrong area. Off to look again .......

Sorry, I just realized the way I worded that was mis-leading. That line was NOT an actual post....it is the lyrics to a song he posted around 1⁄ 28 and AG and MM commented on it. The song just after the murders talks about "being back in town" etc. I am probably really reading into this but that would be A LOT of coincidences. Like I said, I could very well be wrong but I would be surprised if these guys are not invovled. Looks like Maytee thinks at least AG is with her "Prince of Darkness" comment.
