Soooo.... I've heard twice now that TW has taken the polly. Has anyone else heard this? Her family member told a mutual friend the first time. The second was a direct friend of hers. I havent seen any mention of it myself anywhere from her. I was thinking she would say something if not just to clear herself. Unless it went bad. I dont know. SMH

Members of the victim's family were in court but declined to mak  e a statement to the judge..[/quote] wow! says alot about tiffs ex,his family decline victim impact statement. wow. has that ever happened before that case. i am shocked. what does everyone else think about the family declining to make a statement to the judge about the dead victim,donald C. damn, my jaw is still on the floor.

[/quote] He didnt have the ideal family or family life. A lot of drugs and death. His dad died from getting AIDS when he was like 4 or 5. Then the mom got on drugs real bad over it. Sort of the love of her life thing. Then like a year or so befor he died his mother died of a drug over does. Prescribed blood pressure, anti depressants etc as well as pain pills and xanax. His sister on drugs as well. Recenly out of jail. So the only one really to speak for him was his god father/mother. The god father was very upset because he felt that he just burried his mother over dumb stuff and now Donald so he said he was done. The godmother is the only one who would have been considered crediable to speak. His dads family is from out of town. The majority of the family here was absolutely fed up with his lifestyle and didnt want to be involved with the court proceedings.

I guess I should add the mother had been oer weight and had the lapband done and lost weight pretty fast. So they think that her body couldnt handle the amount of drugs and medications she was used to once she lost the weight not exactly the standard over dose i guess

I don't see why anyone says that falling sky didn't us some new info. I thought that was some pretty good stuff on AP's sleazeball psycho activities.

Z was her partner. IMO I think Maytee is telling AG that TW cheats on him with Z & that's why she made reference to the party. I believe Maytee is saying that AG beat up TW, threatened Z, who then ran away & AG robbed 3 girls at gun point who were at the party after he found them (TW & Z) at the party together & became angry. That's just my interpretation. Edit to add: I was also very grateful for fallings contribution.
