I was thinking about this last night...WHO stated the TV and LIGHTS were on the first time the cops came out to the house? Is it in the police report? Or is this heresay?Smiley_emoticons_fies

ALSO I am trying to figure out WHY the TV would be on at all if they were just home to change and leave??Smiley_emoticons_skeptischInsane

It's 'Unknown' stating what he was told, so it's hearsay..

I have just heard that when the cops arrived the first time all the lights were on in the house and could hear the tv on and they said there was nothing they could legally do cause they couldn't see a disturbance and on the second call out the tv was off and the light in the house were mostly off. That means when they got there the first time the killer(s) were still in the house! My source says they either parked there car in a neighbors driveway or around the side st.

What am I not understanding here? we have discussed these calls a thousand times...so why do I see them differently now? That would be freshbait thank you! It seems too obvious that the timeline is fucked up. Now I'm gonna feel like a real ass if someone gets on here and says "I said that about 500 pages ago dumbass" It is just too much detail for this old Kitty to keep straight God Damnit!

SADLY enough I have been doing a lot of what you have, going over ever scenario in my head...even putting myself there. What I keep thinking (and I know this is a disturbing thought, that they were dying while others were right outside. BUT with the bags over their heads, and being bound their voices could not be heard. That would make the timeline more accurate, BUT the whole thing with the lights being on and then off is really bothering me. AND I STILL WOULD love to hear from John Sr.

AND HOW MANY do you think have been the FBI and Detectives handling the case...this site just might be the place where the case will BREAK...I GUARANTEE there will be pages out of this site used for trial.

We just used Facebook in a trial last week...

Fabulous, post # 14666 where was Lisa getting Vicodin? TW and Lisa were both going to nursing school maybe that's where they met, Lisa made her a friend on Facebook. Wondering if TW could be a source? IMO

Johnny & AG in prison I don't think there was a quarrel between them AG said he gave cigarettes to Johnny - there was a quarrel between Johnny & another prisoner and whatever took place Maytee somehow managed to get Johnny moved elsewhere however, AG did comment with the ranting back and forth with Maytee, he didn't like snitches. I'm not so sure about bad blood between them. I am
trying to recall from the episode on Facebook AG & Maytee.

Could it be co-incidence with these people? On how they all met.

I think that is a HUGE piece of evidence, and no one has really touched this topic. NOT as much as the safe and holes in the walls...lights on or off states that after the first time the police were there SOMEONE was in the home.
UNLESS the lights have timers??!!

That was the topic last night. Then we got off on 911 calls. That is why I wanted that Blade article where the detectives defend their actions that night. Maybe something was said about the status of the lights in that article. But I don't think so.

Deputies' actions defended in Springfield Twp. slaying2011-02-03

Toledo Blade Lucas County Sheriff's Maj. Ron Keel Wednesday defended the deputies who responded to a Springfield Township home but did not force their way inside where Lisa Straub, 20, and Johnny S. Clarke, 21, had been brutally murdered. "They responded appropriately," Major Keel said. "We just can't run up and kick in doors." Even with NO NEW information, we can still hit topics that have not really been thought out or really spoken about...this is a good question I think for MAYTEE if she was still reading this forum. And I think a lot of new points have come up, like the entire timeframe of TW's actions. When you break it down it doesn't seem accurate.

Again I would like to add I DO NOT think Maytee had any involvement in the murders, what I do think is she may know more...but who are WE to ask for that information if it will help convict the murderers.

Night Owl asked "Could it be co-incidence with these people? On how they all met. "

Tiffany told me she knew Johnny first and met Lisa through her friendship with Johnny. AG said he had no problem with Johnny at all.
Spay and neuter your dogs and cats. Ban gas chambers in your local shelters. User made the call. User made a difference! Love3

Re lights on or off, i believe it was TW that said she looked through side windows at front door and lights were on
and she could see all the way to top of stairs. This supposedly happened when she drove by Straubs to check
on J & L.

Same hospital everytime, but a different dr. every time. Each Dr.

here where i live it costs 1,000 just to walk through the door at the emergency room.
BUT, they will let you make payments on it, or you can apply for assistance thru whatever programs they have to help pay medicial costs for those who
cannot afford to pay all or any of it. Its sort of a fund through the hospital
that private donors fund.
You are missed...RIP Lady Cop

Yes, thank you.

The point was did LE say anthing at all about the lights/TV being on at one visit, and off at another. All we have is the word of a Mock member. I can't remember what TW said.
