I am wondering if the Straub family have received any calls from the new tip line they set up. I do know the waiting and wondering has to be just hell on them.

I also thought they died from plastic bags over their heads Johnny and Lisa and this duct tape wrapped around their heads also - now the Uncle says they were strangled - if the two souls were strangled why all this work with plastic bags and duct tape - their hands bound? If he strangled them first then put plastic bags and duct tape around their heads - think about it this mad man or mad men are on the streets running around free here.

Thank-you! BlueTiki - and did you hear about the old man 76 he suffered a home invasion in Texas the bastards there rolled him up in a blanket and used guess what? Duct Tape to bind him up in the blanket, they just plundered and looted that old man to no end. After 2 days in this blanket he thought he would die - he somehow managed to get out his back door and rolled down his drive way and someone noticed him and got him help, he is very lucky to be alive! The Police also got the robbers more good news!

I always thought as Duct Tape coming in very handy & keeping a roll in the car tool box one never knows - handy for so many things at home - but, never dreamed no good rotten bastards would use this Tape as a weapon to rob people - how horrible!

i didn't want to be this graphic to our more sensitive people, but the fact is the plastic bags were not needed to murder Johnny and Lisa. duct tape by itself would have been a deadly weapon placed over nose and mouth, assuming they were also bound. the bags were overkill/insurance or because they did not want to look at them. which could indicate personal acquaintance(s).

And then Tiki comes in and thinks she will be cute with the George comment There is nothing cute about duct tape. When it is applied to murder people. i do that all the time in my photo threads and some crime/case threads. some threads require tending, updating and added posts.

etiquette per se does not always prevail in Mock, which is ok. although i do like to keep crime threads free of bullshit since they are usually serious.

Do you think the horror that Jose Baez is creating, in the Casey Anthony trial (associating George Anthony and the duct tape to Caylee's body), isn't possible in this case?

Do you believe that an attention whore of a defense attorney wouldn't use a similar asinine theory to shift doubt from the murder(s) of Johnny and Lisa?

I suggest you reread the thousands of posts speculating on the duct tape with Johnny and Lisa's murders. My post was to get people thinking what is happening in the Anthony trial might very well happen with Johnny and Lisa.

Besides . . . if I wanted to be cute, I'd have mentioned demons, tarot cards, facebook posts, Toledo white-trash or the fact the it seems everyone who claims they want justice for Johnny and Lisa just sit on their asses, behind computers, and play detective.

Yes- My mother knows this man from church, he is a really nice man, thank goodness he is safe. I hope the get charged for attempted murder, because they nearly killed him! They even returned the next day after the robbery, and stole more stuff from his home, and still left him there, knowing he could die.

Just wanted to add my ¹⁄₂ cent about the bags over the face...sometimes they use them so that when strangling (GORE WARNING!) if anything was to leak or pop out it would not get on the assailants. Sorry, I've just read that explanation 2 or 3 times cause I read a lot of true crime books. Just read the Colombo Murders from Chicago. Now they had a real slore of a daughter! Puts Casey A. to shame.
