The Toledo Blade Reporter did a fine job with the article! I have to agree with what Duchess said about it taking a toll on so many people, it has to be just awful. The Detectives are doing the best they can and they have never seen a case like this before.

I don't know why the Straub's couldn't say a few words.

I still can't picture 2 going over there to murder Johnny and Lisa. The BTK killer was a loner how in the hell did he manage to do in a whole family at a time. Two people wouldn't say lets go over and do this it is one mastermind Devil to come up with the idea of doing this.

I have been a supporter of the Detectives from the beginning. I know for a fact there have been leads. I know first hand they have evidence that only the perp(s) would know. I want to know where the arrest are?

That woman needs some serious grief counseling.

Her 2 sons need to be taken out of that home, maybe to another relatives house, until she is in a better frame of mind to take care of them. They would have to be thinking she doesn't give a damn about them. I'm not saying that's the case...I'm saying at their age they would be thinking that.

If she is overwrought, as you say, then I hope you're not in denial, as to her health. Both mental and physical.

If you believe the killings are on par with a BTK type killer, then her children would not be in danger. Hence, her isolation concerns (possibly paranoia), with the children, is unfounded.

As to the 'how' with the BTK killer, I suggest you read how he subdued the Otero family. For that matter, how he 'selected' his victims.

If you truly believe in a BTK style murder, then it has no roots in hoodrats, drug activity, robbery, payback or jealous rage.

You're talking about a lone killer. That would counter Maytee's exclamations of TW's involvement.

Be a friend . . . help her get well. Help her family heal. Tend to the living, first.

THEN pursue justice.

it is GREAT to hear that the detective is so passionate about this case. It seemed like they had just set it aside or something because we were never hearing anything from LE.

I feel extremely bad for Maytee don't get me wrong, but she needs psychological help. I am not coming from a bad place with this, but that article was chock full of some really disturbing behavior. Actually, they need family therapy.. it is affecting them all. Maybe they are getting it, who knows.. I hope they are.

I will never know what this feels like unless this happens to me, I wish nothing but the best for the families left behind. may they find peace and a healthy sound mind asap.

Where is Lisa's family? Why are they not doing anything? You see none of them want to be bothered with anything that has to do with the case! I think they are the ones who are grieving improperly! Who are we to Judge Mrs.Clarke because of her grieving process? She lost her oldest, first and dearest child-it says they were best friends! I would change my lifestyle and shelter myself and family away too, in fear of losing them as well! Atleast she is still strong enough to grieve this way and stick it out for her family, as a mother, I wouldn't be able to be half the person Mrs. Clarke is!
