I don't need to read dockets I was in the court room I talked with the attorneys the prosecution the detectives. I have all my facts straight. As I just said he :past a polygraph test they asked if he was there if he knew them etc

John was busted with a massive amount of Pot. Somewhere around a half a million dollars worth. Prior to his bust though...Maytee and John were involved in amounts of raids where DEA and FEDS raided them. The Clarkes have lways used young thugs to deliver their product, therefore they would be taking all of the risks. John was the muscle while Maytee was always in charge and calling the shots. They were street pushers of pot, crack, cocaine and pills. They seem to want to take over where other family members left off after the drug cartel that they were in was busted and they all went to prison.

I think if someone was dealing that type of product then they probably could have afforded better cars than the beater that Johnny sold AC.

They don't seem bright enough to save or launder the money.

A couple of things I found today concerning Tony Watson. He was busted with ZB a few months after the murders with packaged percocets. Another thing is that his girlfriend was the young lady that overdosed on percocets a few months back. She was also his girlfriend at the time of the murders.

Lots of unanswered questions yes! If they got Tony Watson and Chris Watson DNA they are ruled out so the dead young lady would be ruled out also. Do you recall her name?

No, I don't think Johnny tore into the car cluster and used a drill to roll the miles ahead to save paying extra sales tax. If the car was transferred over from Grandpa to Johnny you can put down gift even on the title, or put down less money and say it needed some work. I have been wondering this myself. After seeing the news footage of Johnny's friends take the stand and talk about how they began distancing themselves from Johnny due to his escalating drug use, I started to think maybe J&L had graduated to heroin. In the world these guys live in, percocets and oxys (pills) are viewed as "clean" since they are manufactured in a lab bought in a pharmacy at some point before hitting the street. As backwards as it seems, most friends don't have a problem with this. The high $ of pills, and their availability (or lack thereof) is what causes users to start heroin, which is considered dirty and would cause friends to push away.

Besides - haven't we heard that T W was a heroin dealer at some point?

If you keep digging you will also find out that Aaron gave up that name of Tony Watson to big John as he had a gun to his head. This Cuban cartel I am referring to is no secret to locals because it was a huge story back in the late 80's when more than a dozen of the Cubans were busted after a long investigation by FBI. Some were busted in Toledo and some were arrested in Miami. Most were Cuban family members of Maytee's (Negrin). I can still remember the front page of the newspaper which was plastered with all of the arrested mugshots, from grandpa all of the way grandchildren. They were part of a drug cartel which was dealing huge amounts of cocaine (6-million a month). Millions of dollars in cash was seized along with property in multiple states. This was national news and most of them served big time. Here we are decades later and the magnitude of the past is still very present.

YourOtherLeft, reporting from Court Post #21651 brought the high mileage up the Detectives' went all over this car and investigated the Title history of it, it was purchased at a Dealership and had 30K miles Johnny and Grandpa possibly on title, 6 months later title is transferred to Johnny and Lisa with 105K miles.

If this is the same car as purchased it was driven hard and more than likely needed replacement parts and work and this would explain why Johnny sold it to Alexandra Cousino cheap. If Johnny & Lisa were just doing errands around town back and forth here and there they'd be lucky to put 10K on it in 6 months.

'No, I don't believe there was any cartel involvement I have only posted this information because I think that past history about the family is very important. I do have several different scenarios which could be plausable. The one scenario in which I have believed since the very first day is that Maytee was in on a robbery gone wrong along with some other thugs. Remember that Maytee had very valuable information such as the exact address to the Straubs house (do you know the exact address of your kids' girlfriend/boyfriend's parents house?) she was the first person to mention a safe at the house, and she knew that the Straubs were out of town so the coast would be clear to attempt to get some loot which didn't exist. These facts alone combined with the strange 9-11 calls and other things like John taking a gun along with him over to the Straubs when Tiff and Zack picked him up and that John later ditched a knife into a bush outside of the Staubs' garage door and failed to mention that to cops until the knife was recovered days later....and he admitted it to cops. These facts as well as the Clarkes crime history combined are pretty strong evidence in my mind.
-Another possible long shot scenario could be "someone who the Clarkes screwed over in the past" came back into the picture to even things out and committed the murders and then maybe sent a picture of Johnny dead to Maytee's cell phone. As you can recall from the 9-11 calls...Maytee "KNEW" that Lisa and Johnny were dead inside of the house and she needed law enforcement to make the discovery, that's why she was so persistant on calling to do a safety check. IMO-The murders do not stem from Johnny and Lisa...but from Maytee.

if that happened, i would think maytee would have rushed to police to have it traced/tracked. even a throwaway phone. devastating evidence.

i also think big john ditched knife in bushes because police were coming and he is a convicted felon with a deadly weapon.

He entered into evidence transcripts of threatening/angry text messages between Johnny and someone else - Det K couldn't remember who the texts were from/to. And admitted that he didn't believe they took his DNA.
Similarly with LS text messages she & a friend were talking about a guy they were upset about -- he couldn't remember what this was about or who the friend of LS was.

it will never be closed. not until all involved are apprehended and tried. i am not sure if it's 'officially' closed, but i believe there is ongoing investigation.
