Regarding your last question, MV was mentioned on mock.

The Iraqi Dinars were mentioned several times on Mock some were scattered at the Straub home. If you "google Mockforums Iraqi Dinars" it crops up and what they were valued at.

I've been following the Stephen Pettaway case since he is Cameo Pettaway's brother and Stephen Pettaway had phone conversations with Samuel Williams while they were both incarcerated at Lucas County Jail, Williams stated it should have been Stephen that was with him.

A Wood County Grand Jury has indicted a Toledo man with promoting prostitution, possession of heroin and intimidation.
According to the indictment Stephen C. Pettaway, 30, of Toledo, , is alleged to have "knowingly supervised, managed or controlled the activities of a prostitute in engaging in sexual activity for hire" on or about June 26. He is also alleged to have had 1.5 grams of heroin in his possession. Both counts are fourth-degree felonies.
The intimidation charge, a third-degree felony is alleged between the dates of June 26 and July 9. According to the indictment, he did "attempt to influence, intimidate or hinder a public servant, part official, or witness in the discharge of the person's duty."
His case is being heard by Judge Reeve Kelsey.

Wood County Court, Bowling Green, Ohio

09/19/2012 Order This matter before the court on September 10, 2012 for a pretrial conference. Ordered that a further pretrial be set for October 29, 2012 at 2:30. Ordered that a two-day jury trial be set to commence on December 12, 2012, beginning at 8:30 in Case Number 12CR359 and a one-day jury trial be set for January 9, 2013, beginning at 8:30 in Case Number 12CR360. Bond is continued.

Pettaway changes his plea.

The defendant was adjudged guilty. Ordered that the defendant is found guilty of the crimes of Count 1: Promoting Prostitution; 2907.22(A)(2)(B), F-4 and Count 2: Possession of Heroin; 2925.11(A)©(6)(b), F-4 and this case is referred for a pre-sentence investigation. Defendant to be present for sentencing on December 17, 2012 at 9:30. Ordered that bond is set at the defendant's own recognizance.

Misshmarie, was banned by Lady Cop, she apparently worked with Alexandra Cousino and I'm wondering if she knew who MV was also.

About the 3 baggies of marijuana if they did belong to Johnny where did he get them? marijuana was found in his blood stream that night, Lisa none, Johnny smoked it over at his friends home VD & MD. I think it's too much of a coincidence for Cousino to have all this 2 to 3 weeks after the couples murders.

What sticks out in my mind is Lisa's statement that evening to a friend JL on facebook "if we do some I'll let you know". They talked about the some, what was it Kush, Cocaine, Heroin what??? this is IMO.

Somebody somewhere has a very guilty conscience out there.

I assume you are from Ohio. If so, you should be able to go to the court or possibly online to obtain particular records you seek? Or is this investigation ongoing? I get the feeling it is since there has only been one conviction and the other was dismissed. Correct me if I am wrong.

Do you have evidence that contradicts the conviction? If so, have you contacted your local law enforcement, or an attorney representing the convicted to persuade someone to listen? That would be a wise course of action in my opinion.

Let me clarify for the record here (FOR EVERYONE) ,
I do not have personal emails or information regarding this case that were possibly shared with Lady Cop.
If it did exist, it is gone!!!!

I have given a lot of room for conversation in regards to the prior defendant whose case was dismissed. It really has no basis to be in here, but he (the retard) was part of the investigation and failed criminal proceedings. Be careful what you post, his case pertaining to this crime (double homicide) was disposed of. If you state an opinion, make sure people know its YOUR OPINION!

I assume this investigation is still open! I would prefer that only facts with cited sources pertaining to named suspects, persons of interest, the defendant who has been convicted, or those witnesses that testified in the case be mentioned. I assume your Ohio media publications made this public record or you can access this through the courts if they have online records.

I will not deviate from this, and will EDIT without hesitation.
