Well Well Well. Look at what we have here. John & Maytee took a shot at Tiffany and damn near put a bullet in her head. These people are no better than the thugs who killed their son. Tsk Tsk.
The parents of a man killed in Springfield Township in January, 2011, were each booked on charges at Lucas County Corrections Center after a shooting incident in South Toledo on Friday night.
Their son, Johnny Clarke, 21, was killed Jan. 31, 2011, with his girlfriend, Lisa Straub, 20, in the Longacre Lane home of her parents in Springfield Township.
Late Friday, John P. Clarke, 45, was arrested and charged with felonious assault. The Toledo Municipal Court affidavit for the case states Mr. Clarke and a co-defendant followed the victim, Tiffany Williams, whose age and address were unavailable, in a 1996 Chevy van in an alley on the 1300 block of Colburn Avenue and shot at her two times, just missing her head. The affidavit states the victim is known to Mr. and Mrs. Clarke and that she was the originator of the complaint.
Maytee Vazquez-Clarke, 44, is charged with obstructing official business to hamper or impede a public official. An affidavit states officers were looking for a male suspect, and she told officers no one was at their Danberry Street home. Mr. Clarke was later found there and was charged with controlled-substance possession and drug paraphernalia possession with intent to use.
He is slated for arraignment at 9 a.m. Monday. Ms. Vazquez-Clarke will be in court at 9 a.m. Monday in another court room.

So.....Maytee wasn't with him when Big John went "maggot hunting", huh? Too bad. She was only charged with misdemeanor obstruction for lying when the cops came a knockin' and she told them John wasn't home. She was released last night at around 7:30 p.m.
Still, Big John is behind bars and he's in some real legal trouble if Tiffany holds up. He's charged with Felony Assault -- serious shit. Wonder if there are circumstances to support an upgrade to "attempted murder" later. Maybe we'll find out when he appears in court tomorrow.

P.s. I went to check out the Justice for Johnny & Lisa Facebook page. It's been taken down. Certainly, it's been monitored and screen-capped by LE for quite some time now, IMO.

This has been a long time coming & I'm fricken delighted! I hope Tiffany follows through and if she chooses not to I hope the state picks it up and prosecutes.

That page was up yesterday but like you, I saw it was down today. Tiffany had posted a couple of times. She's completely fed up with being stalked and harassed and referred to Maytee & John as psycho. *snicker*

Maybe it was Maytee who was riding with John when he allegedly took two shots at Tiffany? The article doesn't indicate whether she's the suspected accomplice or not (and she hasn't been charged with anything but obstruction).

So glad you're all over the legal goings-on, OTD -- they don't make national news for this case.
So, both Big John and Maytee are scheduled to appear (in separate court rooms) in a few minutes.
Anxious to see where it goes. I hope The Blade has some reporters front and center and gets all the details out quickly.

Found this interesting in the article maybe they should not have dismissed this charge.
In October, 2013, Mrs. Vazquez-Clarke was arrested for menacing after she went to Mr. Burkett's mother's home and shone a light inside windows, according to a Toledo Municipal Court affidavit. Mrs. Vazquez-Clarke was also accused of driving by the Burkett residence “every night” and saying she would “hunt the victim and her son.”
The menacing charge was later dismissed.

I say screw their ridiculous code regarding snitches and make a complaint every single time you see them following you. Everyone and their brother knows the John & Maytee want them dead, she's done nothing but post about it for years.
