I have two stupid questions. Maytee is saying that after Sam Williams was convicted he confessed. But, his lawyer filed an appeal for him and I heard he is working on another appeal. Would his lawyer file an appeal on a confessed murderer? Or is she lying? Also, she says that Tiffany Williams and Sam Williams are cousins. I read in many places that they are not related, in fact I seem to remember Tiffany Williams saying that they are not related, possibly in court but I'm not sure about that part. Does anyone know? Sorry if this has already been discussed here.

Sam never confessed to anything, he always stated he had never met Lisa & Johnny. If you read Maytee say he confessed, she was lying, in my opinion she's a pathological liar.

Tiffany is not related to Sam.

I want to preface that the following was told to me and I'm not stating it as fact -

The Clarke's kidnapped Tiffany Williams boyfriend (Aaron Griffin) shortly after the murder and take him to Highland park with a gun to his head.

The Clarkes kidnapped Zach Burkett at gunpoint and drag him into a vacant garage and pistol whip him.

The Clarkes also was spotted driving along Dunham street while shooting at Zach Burkett.

The Clarkes spent their nights "hunting" people through the overnight hours.

The last comment is one that Maytee posted about over & over & over again. The word "hunting" is her word, not mine.

These young people that the Clarkes have spent the past few years terrorizing have a crazy code of silence. It's my hope that they will come forward now that Tiffany has taken the first step. She did the right thing.

I'm sure Maytee thinks that because she shut down her Facebook that every threat and comment she ever made is gone. They aren't. Mock has many of them and Facebook can be compelled to turn them over to the authorities.

I got a message saying that the SWAT team kicked in Maytee's door either late last night or very early this morning. I can't find a record of it yet but I'm looking, it may be too soon for it to have made the local papers. I was also told that she pulled her fake heart palpitation bullshit and they took her to the hospital before they took her to jail where she was charged with a felony. Keep in mind, I cannot verify any of this yet. If anyone has any info, post it up or send it to me. I don't care if you send it anonymously.

I'm wondering why SWAT stormed her house. Can you imagine if her and John were arrested in connection with her sons murder? Like somehow their actions led to the murders?

There are many people who believe they played a role in those murders. Not that they wanted those kids dead but that it was a robbery gone bad.

A Toledo police lieutenant was arrested Wednesday and is accused of helping to plot the shooting of a woman who testified in a high-profile murder case.

Police Lt. Frank Ramirez, a 31-year veteran of the police department, is charged in Toledo Municipal Court with felonious assault, obstructing official business, and tampering with evidence. He is being held in the Lucas County jail and is to be arraigned today.

According to court documents, police allege that Lieutenant Ramirez, who is not identified as an officer in any of the documents, “participated in the planning of a felonious assault” in which Tiffany Williams was shot at on Dec. 26 in the 1300 block of Colburn Avenue.

There was something very weird, all along, about Maytee only being charged with obstruction initially and her not being mentioned specifically by name in the legal docs pertaining to the shooting.

I'd wondered if police were treading lightly to gather more evidence of her exact involvement so John couldn't try to take the full fall. Now, it seems more likely that Maytee was part of a deliberate sting to snaggle her and the allegedly dirty cop.

I am amazed how fucked up this whole murder case is and how it continues to evolve. We're dealing with some shady characters that will stop at nothing regarding breaking the laws. I really worry about the 2 surviving sons being raised with parents like this. I also wonder IF this LT had any involvement with the murder trial. Lt Ramirez is on the lucas county booking site with charges and says he is active.

A Toledo Police lieutenant was arrested Wednesday night and charged with three felonies.

Lt. Frank Ramirez is charged with obstructing justice, felonious assault, and tampering with evidence. He is locked up in the Lucas County Jail and was arraigned today. A judge set his bond at $100,000. According to Toledo municipal court documents Ramirez “did participate in the coordination, planning and execution of the felonious assault of Tiffany Williams by means of a firearm.” She was allegedly shot at on December 26 in the 1300 block of Colburn Avenue.

Tiffany Williams testified in the murder trials of Samuel Williams and Cameo Pettaway, who were accused of killing Johnny Clarke and Lisa Straub in Springfield Township in January of 2011.

The documents also accused the veteran police officer of tampering with evidence. He allegedly “directed another to remove and delete evidence related to the crime and his involvement.” Detectives allegedly were able to substantiate the evidence through witness statement.

Lt. Frank Ramirez will head back to court February 19, 2015.
