Who the hell in their right mind would fund these thugs?

There are a lot of comments by people who support Maytee and John and say they'd do the same thing if their child was murdered.

There was a good-looking guy (^ that's him) who was busted last year with guns and drugs. He was a felon on probation; gang tats and a long criminal record. His mom started a GoFundMe page with a picture of him and his child. She raised thousands of dollars for his defense. Some people are easily moved and manipulated.

Another grieving family that feels her pain and feels sorry for her. As I DID at one point. Not for a long time though.

I don't normally take joy in someone's hardships but the only thing that will make me any more delighted than I am right now is if she gets sent to the slammer. HaHaFuckinHa. She's deserves every minute of this and more. There's not one damn thing about her that I can be sympathetic to. She has spent the past few years threatening people with death. This isn't the first time her and John have stalked someone but this time Tiffany did the right thing. Go Tiffany!

She's a fraud hiding out in the hospital. Where's your balls now, Maytee?

He is strikingly beautiful and edgy at the same time. (and he is just a short drive away from you HotD)

I worked in a hospital for 18 years mostly in insurance. I have a theory. If a patient has medical insurance there is a department called Utilization Review whose nurses spend everyday reviewing the charts and begging for another day of inpatient care. I was discharged 4 days after open heart surgery back in the 90's. Point is, that you can't stay just because you don't want to leave. Unless, they are cover by the Affordable Care Act or Medicaid they are probably uninsured. You have to be very sick to be in the hospital very long. We do have some advanced care facilities here, but many people. pass away in them. I still think that Maytee's most likely is in mental health care. ( couldn't think how to spell the long word) lol

I keep forgetting to take that into consideration, OTD. Smiley_emoticons_slash

I wonder if they have noticed that every time she opens her mouth another bat flies out.

Maytee pulled the same bs after the jewelry store heist. She went for mental incompetence. Can't remember the outcome.

How long will the authorities tolerate that? Is that the kind of thing that would be documented and they would see she's done it before?

I feel sorry for her kids. Their brother was murdered, now their dad has been arrested and is facing some serious time, same goes for their mom and instead of being home and comforting her children she's hiding out in a hospital.

I don't know how long doctors will tolerate it.

If she is in a psych ward or mental health facility, could be a while. All of those things that work against her in a criminal case (the rants, threats...) -- coupled with the weird posts to Johnnie -- could be positioned as a sign of mental instability or PTSD and lead mental health professionals to deem her a threat to herself and others. Such a diagnosis might also be an option for a defense strategy if the case against her is strong and she and her attorney decide to position her as not criminally responsible for the assault by reason of mental incompetence.

Where would you rather be if you were Maytee -- in a hospital with people taking care of you and making you comfortable, or sitting in a jail cell waiting for trial? If the Clarkes don't have the money to bond her out once she shows up in court, I believe those are her only two choices.

For a dramatic person like Maytee, malingering is probably no sweat. IMO.

If she's in a mental health care facility, it's not comfortable, it's hell. I know people who.have been in state funded facilities. They get food, and drugs and 2 cigarettes every 3 hours. If you aren't crazy when you go in there you will be when you come out.

Yeah, that would depend on the facility.

But, she'd be getting treatment and likely meds in any kind of medical facility, and it could potentially help her defense to be there.

It's just my opinion, but I'd guess Maytee would rather be surrounded by doctors and patients than LE guards and inmates, under the circumstances.

It's like choosing which rope to be hung by...both are hell. I feel sorry for her staff.

Well, here's a thought...you know that reward money she's bleated about for years? She says it's her personal money, she can use that for bail.

In regards to the radio interview that was posted the other day, I have received this -

That radio interview shows several things which can n dis credit Maytee's truth. She talks about a Sheriff deputy who told them that something don't seem right and that they should go back and kick in the front door once he leaves. Really? why would any official ever tell someone to kick in the front door of someone else's home? If so...then that deputy needs to be held accountable.
"I passed out, I fainted, I woke up to the police standing over me." Really? because the first officer to arrive on scene after the 3rd 9-11 call was a Holland police officer and he testified that upon arrival that he spotted to females yelling at one another outside of the Straub home. One female was Maytee Clarke and the older female was her mother. Maytee's mother was pointing at Maytee screaming "you know who did this." The officer then testified that when they noticed he was on scene....the females began speaking Spanish and that's when he started to record from his dashboard camera. also, notice how she seems to always be sick under pressure.

Wait so maytee's mother was at the scene? And her mother screamed you know who did this?! Did I read this right? This is new information to me.

This is new to me as well. I remember only big John, maytee, maytees cousin, and tiffany being there as far as the news covered it.

If I can find it, I will post it. This is the first I'm hearing of her mother too.
