I was told that John said things that could incriminate himself and Maytee. He said he doesn't want Maytee to go to jail. John quotes in document "I'm a man and if I have to I'll stand up and say, hey, it was all me. "

Interesting, huh.

Looks like criminal "Big Pussy" John is willing to commit perjury.

And I wouldn't be surprised if that cowardly, criminal POS, Maytee, would be involved in subornation of perjury.

She's a shit talking coward, like her son, Johnny.

No wonder "Big Pussy's" lawyer is a no-show!

Seems the apple (Johnny) didn't fall far from the tree. What a bunch of low life losers! People like them should have been sterilized before puberty. I sure hope they don't beat the system. And I hope Maytees ass goes to jail too!

I can't help laughing everytime I read criminal "Big Pussy" claiming he is a "man". hah

Real men don't hide in the basement to avoid being caught by law enforcement . . . unless they're guilty and shit scared.

According to an inmate incarcerated with felon "Kitty" Johnny, he was not only a pussy . . . but a snitch, too!

I'm getting the vibe that one of these criminal parents snitched and that's how Ramirez got popped.

If snitching and cowardice are learned behavior and we know that criminal "Big Pussy" and criminal Maytee are both cowards . . . I wonder if it was one or both who implicated the dirty cop in an attempt to save their asses?

"Kitty" Johnny learned to be a coward and a snitch . . . somewhere.

Tick, tock . . . criminal POS parents!

Is this something that would come out during the trial? I can totally see Maytee snitching on everyone, including her husband, in order to save her own ass.

I'm so glad the prosecutors have every threat Maytee ever made publicly. All posted in her own words. There will denying any of them, she will be made to own every fricken word. HaHaFuckingHa.

Are you asking if criminal mom, Maytee, is classified as a "CI"?

In her case, I'd doubt it's Confidential Informant . . . I'd guess it's "Committed Incest".

I do believe "Kitty" felon Johnny learned it was OK to snitch from his own criminal, coward mother.

Don't forget how she promised a reward for folks to snitch, too.

Tough to believe she hasn't made money by snitching, in the past . . . especially when you lie about a reward. Everyone knew the criminal Clarkes would never pay!

And that's the same attitude that "Kitty" Johnny learned . . . he didn't need to pay his debts.

And that wonderful lesson, by two POS criminal parents, probably caused his death and that of innocent Lisa.

Or, 'Criminally Insane'.

hah

You know criminal Maytee will go with a "diminished capacity" defense, if she can't get a plea.

She's scared shitless and would say or do anything to avoid a conviction and jail time.

I'd bet she'd even remove all of the decorations from her felon "Kitty's" back page.com grave!

Yep, Maytee is not one to stand up and take responsibility for her actions.

Snitching out Ramirez, throwing Big John under the bus, claiming diminished capacity, or a combo. None of those strategies would surprise me.

Given her extensive mugshot portfolio and the bumbling failed attempt to take out Tiffany, one thing is for sure -- she's 'Criminally Inane'.

"Criminally Inane" . . . I love it! hah

I'm glad it appears the prosecution's case is rock solid.

Now . . . we wait and see if coward, criminal mom, Maytee, can pull off a "Cameo" performance.

Unfortunately, she isn't a "pretend retard"! Laaauuuggghhhs!

I was just reading the last lengthy court document. Think it is dated 8-10. Very interesting. Someone familiar with the laws could explain it. My sense is that the 3 criminals asses are in a sling.

They were denied the motion to sever.

Motion to Sever:
When cases involve the indictment of more than one defendant, usually only one trial is held. This process is called Joinder. Rule 8 of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure permits the joinder of the indictments of two or more defendants if they are alleged to have participated in the same act or transaction. For policy reasons courts prefer using joinder to holding separate trials because it saves time and money. However, joinder can create potential prejudices against a defendant, resulting in greater likelihood of conviction, and thus a defense attorney will often ask the court to sever his client's case. Less often, the prosecution requests severance because it believes joinder will prejudice its case. Severance results in a defendant being tried separately on one or all of the pending charges.

This document dated 8/10/15 is a must read. Document states...John offered to set up a drug deal to bust Tiffany selling drugs to get Maytee off . It also states Maytee with the assistance of Ramirez coordinated the movements of the Clarkes to a place them in position for John to fire 2 shots at Tiffany.

Wanted to add....Document dated 8/10/15 states.....The states evidence will show that Maytee planned, encouraged and aided John in his attempts to murder Tiffany.
