Rampant Abuse and Murders of Children
(04-09-2012, 03:09 PM)Jezreel Wrote: Although she is being charged with child endangerment, I don't think this is so cut and dry. There are so many arguments with both pros and cons on co-sleeping. I know a lot of people who do it as some state it can help prevent SIDS.

A mother is facing up to 20 years in jail after her newborn baby died while sleeping in her bed -- the second time she has lost a child in a nearly identical way.
Vanessa Clark was found guilty of child endangerment after prosecutors said she should have learned from her first son's death.
In July 2010 her two month old son Tristan was found dead after sleeping in his parents bed.

Clark, 33, believed her son had died from SIDS, the so called sudden infant death syndrome or cot death.
But she was charged with his death after it was discovered her first son Christian had died in near identical circumstances a year previously.

Clark had said the one month's old death was due to SIDS while sleeping in the same bed as her and husband Mark Clark.
A court in Angelina County, Texas, was told after the death of her first son Clark was warned about the dangers of co-sleeping.
Infants can be suffocated by their parents or by pillows or the folds in bedding.

Prosecutor Dale Summa told the jury Clark, who had posed smiling and happy in a bizarre police mugshot, should have been alert to the dangers.
Summa said the Clarks deliberately placed their son Tristam in danger by taking him into their bed.
She said they had been warned by Child Protection Service workers about the dangers following the death of their first child at her home in Lufkin, Texas.
Summa said by ignoring the advice of officials they had reached the legal threshold of child endangerment in Texas law.
'It may not be illegal to sleep with your child, but it is illegal to put your child in imminent danger,' said Summa.

Summa said the 2009 death of Clarks' son, Christian, was a key fact in determining the recklessness of Clark in relation to Tristan's death in 2010.
Defence lawyer John Reeves has insisted Tristan died from SIDS.
He argued that it wasn't illegal for babies to sleep in their parents bed but the jury found Clark guilty of child endangerment.
'Every ounce of her went into preserving life,' said Reeves.
Clark trembled and wept as the jury delivered the verdict at the Angelina County Courthouse in Texas Wednesday.
She will be sentenced within the next six weeks.
As many as 7,000 babies a year die from SIDS in the US – the biggest single killer of newborns.

ROCKFORD ILL.— A man who ironed a shirt while it was on the back of an 18-month-old girl pleaded guilty Wednesday to aggravated battery to a child and was sentenced to 12 years in prison.

Elliott Moore, 43, of Rockford was sentenced by Judge Rosemary Collins, Winnebago County State’s Attorney Joe Bruscato announced today.

On Feb. 5, 2010, Rockford police officers were sent to Rockford Memorial Hospital to take a report of aggravated battery to a child. Officers learned that the child had a large, open burn mark in the middle of the back.

The child’s mother reported Moore was her live-in care provider 46 who watched her children while she was at school. The mother said on Feb. 4, 2010, she returned home and found Moore standing in the parking lot holding a bag of his clothes, stating he had to go to work. She said he was very agitated and that she knew he did not need to be at work for quite some time.

That evening, the mother indicated her daughter was up all night crying. When she changed the child’s clothing, she noticed a large, open burn on her back, Bruscato said.

During an interview with detectives, Moore said he was watching the child and a sibling and was having difficulty ironing because the child was on his lap. He said that he placed one of his work shirts on the child’s back and ironed. The defendant said the child woke up crying, and he saw that he had burned her back. He said he then put cold water on her back and put the child in a sleeper.

Ohio woman sentenced for dumping daughter's body in trash
By Kim Palmer | Reuters – Thu, Apr 12, 2012

CLEVELAND (Reuters) - A Cleveland woman accused of dumping her young daughter's body in the city trash after she died in unclear circumstances was sentenced on Thursday to the maximum three years in prison.

India Parker, 35, was charged with tampering with evidence after police were told by an ex-boyfriend that she confessed that she never contacted authorities after her daughter died in 2005 from falling off a book case.

Parker later told a different story to police, saying that in 2006, Kaliyah failed to wake up and was cold to the touch. India Parker said that she then covered the body and left it in bed for about a week before putting her daughter in a garbage bag "in anticipation for garbage day" and eventually placing her in a garbage can for pick-up.

Police interviews with family and friends of Kaliyah determined that the last time anyone other than her mother saw her alive was at her fourth birthday party in 2005. Parker told police that whenever someone would ask the whereabouts of her daughter, she would tell them Kaliyah was with other family members.

Cuyahoga County prosecutor Daniel Cleary told Judge Timothy McCormick that Parker continued to collect Social Security benefits for Kaliyah after her death and admitted that, "We will never know what happened."

He went on to ask the judge for the maximum prison time for Parker. "It is rare that a case shocks us the way that this one does. Someone got away with murder in this case, but we can't prove it because there is no body," Cleary said.

At one point during the court proceedings, McCormick said he did not believe Parker's story of putting the child out with the trash and pleaded with Parker to "tell us what happened." Parker said she didn't know where her daughter was.

Parker later apologized for what she called a "lapse in judgment" for not calling the police after Kaliyah's death, and McCormick again asked Parker if Kaliyah was alive somewhere.

"God forbid if she is in harm's way and alive," McCormick said. Parker then confirmed that she put her daughter's body out with the trash.

Parker has three surviving children ages 8 to 17 years old, but none of them are in her custody. Parker lost custody of Kaliyah at birth but regained custody from the girl's paternal grandmother. Kaliyah's father is in prison.

Amber Hill, Kaliyah's paternal aunt, told the court she saw Parker in 2005 at a club, "continuing with life as if nothing had ever happened" and admonished her for her actions. "She threw Kaliyah in a garbage can like trash," Hill added.

Tampa Bay Times
CLEARWATER -- A Clearwater woman who believed her infant son was possessed by demons was charged Tuesday with child abuse after police said she attempted to throw the 3-month-old into Clearwater Harbor.

The scene unfolded about 1:45 p.m. at an apartment rented by Lydia Chako, 39, of 1209 N Osceola Ave.

The property manager, noticing the unit was flooded, entered and found Chako inside throwing items. Chako told the manager that she believed lizards and snakes were on the child and that she was "keeping the demons out."

Chako left the apartment, carrying the baby by his feet.

The property manager called police, who found a half-naked Chako a block away, standing on a seawall at the dead end of Palm Bluff Street.

Authorities distracted Chako, grabbed the infant away, then arrested the woman after a brief struggle.

Neither the baby nor Chako were injured. The child is now in the custody of the state Department of Children and Families.

For some reason I though about these two babies the other day and came across this update:

Three-week-old twin boys accidentally suffocated after sharing a bed with their mother, a coroner has ruled.

Gabriel and Tryce Medrano were found unconscious by Kiarra Kimbel and rushed to hospital last November.

The babies were pronounced dead on arrival at Portneuf Medical Centre, the Idaho State Journal reported.

Bannock County Coroner Kim Quick said: "I would like to caution those that sleep with their infants, that this is an unsafe practice.”

Their deaths had been investigated as possibly suspicious, but the coroner’s findings revealed they were no more than a tragic accident, the Daily Mail said.

A few days before her sons’ deaths, Ms Kimbel wrote on Facebook: “Wow, it is amazing to have two babies. Hard work and lost sleep but way worth it. I love them so much.”

The number of infant deaths caused by accidental suffocation has quadrupled in the two decades from 1984 to 2004, according to the February issue of Pediatrics.

The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends room-sharing rather with parents rather than sharing beds.

A Florida mom was arrested after she allegedly put her seven-week-old baby under scalding-hot water as a form of punishment for his excessive crying, MyFoxTampaBay.com reports.

The station identifies the woman as Chekayla Dampier, from Port Richey, Fla. Dampier allegedly ran the water from the tap in her bathroom and held the baby under for two to three minutes, a spokesman Pasco Sheriff's Office said.

Dampier then brought the baby to a local clinic to be treated for burns, but the extent of injuries were so severe that the baby was transported by helicopter to Tampa General Pediatric Burn Unit, authorities said.

According to the complaint obtained by FoxNews.com, the baby suffered burns to the eyes, ears, head, chest and arms. The extent of damage has not been determined and the baby remains in critical condition, authorities said.

Dampier admitted to placing the baby in an infant wash tub and running the water, the complaint said. She demonstrated placing the baby's head directly under the spout and turning on the hot water, the complaint said.

She admitted that when she dried the baby, his skin was coming off and other parts of his skin was bubbling, the complaint said.

Sheriff's forensics took the temperature of the hot water and it registered at 142 degrees

Dampier faces aggravated child abuse charges over the alleged incident and is being held on $150,000 bond.

HOW DO YOU LET A CHILD STARVE?? DIE FILTH!

Police believe they have finally found the remains of a 10-year-old boy who was brutally starved to death by his parents in Texas.

After nearly two weeks of searching for Johnathan Ramsey's remains, police say his father, Aaron Ramsey, led them to the heavily wooded area where he and his wife Elizabeth dumped the boy's emaciated body in a sleeping bag.

Aaron, 34, and Elizabeth Ramsey, 31 told police that they fed the boy nothing but bread and water for months, keeping him locked in a bedroom of their Dallas home, until one day last August when they found the small child collapsed and unresponsive on the floor.

Police: Mom Planned Son's Drowning
Ashley Cameron Charged With Murder

April 20, 2012

ONAWA, Iowa -- An Iowa mother is accused of forcing her son's head under a bathtub faucet, drowning the 15-month old.

Onawa police said they believe Ashley Cameron, 25, planned the whole thing.

Cameron is charged with first-degree murder and is being held on $1 million bond stemming from the February drowning of Markis Dahms.

Investigators said Cameron held her son's head under the faucet until he couldn't breathe, but her friend maintains Cameron is innocent.

It's the first murder case in Onawa in nearly 40 years.

The Iowa State Medical Examiner's Office conducted an autopsy on the boy and determined the cause of death to be drowning and the manner of death as homicide.

"He was in the bathtub. His head was under the faucet. His mouth and nasal cavity filled with water," said special agent Mitch Mortvedt.

Onaway police believe Cameron deliberately held Dahms underwater.

Authorities said Cameron called 911 and told dispatchers that Dahms wasn't breathing.

"When she moved in, she was all confused. We took her under our wing. She's been like one of my kids," said neighbor Rita Poole.

Poole said she knows Cameron well and baby-sat for her.

"Knowing her, it might've been done accidentally, but there's no way it was deliberate. No way," Poole said.

Cameron lived in her Onawa home with two children. Abigail is 2 years old, and she was taken away in the first week of the investigation.

Authorities said Abigail is with family now.

"I want it to get back to as normal as possible. I want her to get her daughter back," Poole said.

Barbara Jessing, of the Heartland Family Services, said if anyone has concerns about a parent, they need to speak up.

"What we know about parents in child maltreatment is it often happens in conjunction. (There are) two things that are really prominent. One is high stress in parents' lives, and the other is isolation," Jessing said. "I think we have to be willing to say something, even if it's difficult to express our concern."

Every year, authorities said 16 states are surveyed by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention for violent crime numbers, but Iowa and Nebraska are not among them.

However, the CDC said that between 2005 and 2009, there were 427 children between birth and 4 years of age in those states who died at the hands of their parents.

Poole said she can't believe Cameron would do this intentionally.

"I'm devastated. Absolutely devastated. But I don't believe for a minute that girl did anything to hurt her baby," said Poole.

Cameron was in the Monona County Jail being held on $1 million cash bond Thursday night. She's expected in court again in two weeks.

A babysitter has been charged with murder after he allegedly slammed a toddler he was looking after into a wall.

Jarrod Rudder, 24, grabbed two-year-old Michael Pulliam by the wrist and smacked the child off a wall and lamp causing multiple broken bones and a brain bleed.

Rudder is the boyfriend of the child's mother Amanda Howell and had been living with them at their trailer park home in Elkville, Illinois.

He had been caring for the toddler and his one-year-old brother while Howell was at work.

Paramedics were called to the home on Friday evening in the rural town where they found the boy unconscious.

Michael was taken to hospital in Carbondale before being flown to St Louis Children's Hospital, 90 miles away.

The child later died from his injuries on Sunday evening.

Family members said that they had called social services about Amanda Howell, who has two other children, in the past.

one of her children was taken away in 2008. Her other one-year-old son has now been removed from the home.

This is sad.....

Daily Mail - A horrified father returned home from work to find his two young children dead after seemingly being smothered and his wife had apparently tried to slit both her wrists.
A 10-week-old baby boy and a one-year-old girl were later pronounced dead after investment banker Jeff Boots made frantic efforts to save them before raising the alarm.
Police arrived at the £1.2million family home, in a well-heeled area of Wandsworth, south London, and arrested Felicia Boots, who did not require treatment despite apparently trying to harm herself.
She is now being held over the deaths of 14-month-old Lily and her baby son. She is being questioned by detectives, who are understood to be investigating the possibility that she was suffering from post-natal depression.
Mr Boots was heard crying out as he returned to his home to find his two children dead.

The young family from Canada had bought the smart five-bedroom £1.2million home just a few days ago in an affluent area nicknamed Nappy Valley because young professionals like to move there to raise children.
Their property, spread over three floors, boasts four bathrooms, has a 45ft back garden and is situated close to Wandsworth Common.

Mrs Boots worked as a hair stylist in her native Canada, but turned to creating her own designer jewellery from her home-based studio under the name 'Pink Tangerine' after moving to London.
Neither of the children had any visible injuries and it is believed they may have been smothered to death. A post-mortem examination was due to take place to establish the cause of death.
Neighbours saw the dark-haired mother being put into a police car by an officer who had an arm around her at around 10.30pm last night.
A neighbour, who did not wish to be named, said that she did not know the family well but had seen the father walking the family dog down the street.
She said: 'I heard him last night, he was obviously upset, it was not really sobbing, but I don't really want to say what I heard.
'It was just after 7pm, the man I heard had a north American accent, it was quite loud obviously as I could hear it.
'I had never seen the mother, they had only just moved in it was too soon to get to know them.'

Another near neighbour told MailOnline: 'The family had moved into the home around 10 days ago and the property still has a sold sign outside.
'The couple were aged in their 30s and they had a pet dog. They arrived with their stuff in vans over a couple of days.
'They had not yet introduced themselves to their neighbours so had not been properly welcomed into our close-knit community.
'Since the family moved into the area we have not seen much of them in the street but were looking forward to meeting them. They seemed like a typical middle-class couple.'
The man added that police and forensic officers were working inside the smart white-painted home until the early hours of the morning.
'The woman was put into a police car by an officer with his arm around her. She is a dark-haired woman of average height and had obviously recently given birth,' he added.
'Initially there had been just one police car but then ambulances and forensics arrived on the scene and we realised something was seriously wrong.
'Everyone was worried about what happened and it is a terrible tragedy.'
The estate agents who sold the property described it as a 'beautifully refurbished' family home with planning permission for a wine store, further bedroom and en suite bathroom.

Forensic officers are working on the scene and detectives are carrying out house-to-house inquiries in the area as a murder investigation gets underway.
Police said they are not looking for anyone else in connection with the deaths.
Friends of Felicia have written on her website that she is a highly-talented and creative jeweller.
Derek Selby, director of training and development Schwarzkopf Professional, said: 'Felicia is a creative genius. She uses logic to create, but doesn't let it limit her options.
'She can create a simple elegant look for a classic business woman or something so fashion forward for a trendy street kid, it's six months ahead of it's time. Her technical knowledge paired with her creativity allows her to customize something special for every one.'
Peter Kyriacou, owner of Peter Penny's Hair and Beauty in London, said: 'I have had the pleasure of working alongside Felicia for the last four years. Along with being attentive and unassuming, Felicia is very creative and multitalented; this making her a very special artist.'
A spokesman for the Metropolitan Police said: 'Inquiries are underway after the death of two children in Wandsworth.
'Police were called to an address at 7.25pm on Wednesday 9 May.

'The ambulance service also attended but a 10-week old boy and a one-year old girl were pronounced dead at the scene.
'A post-mortem examination will take place in due course. Next of kin are aware.
'A woman in her mid-30s was arrested in connection with the incident. She is currently in custody at a south London police station.
'Detectives from the Child Abuse Investigation Command are leading the investigation, and inquiries continue into the full circumstances of the incident.'
A spokesman for the London Ambulance Service said there was nothing they could do to save the children.
He said: 'At just before 7.30pm last night we were called to an address in Wandsworth, south London.
'We sent three ambulance crews, a motorcycle responder and a duty officer but sadly two infants were pronounced dead at the scene.
'No one was taken to hospital or treated at the scene.'

CHICAGO—
A death investigation is underway after 5-month-old twins were found dead in a home in Chicago’s Little Village neighborhood.

The twins’ father, Josue Romero says his wife, Victoria, found their twins, who were a week shy of turning 6-months-old, dead Thursday morning in the crib the infants shared. He said their mother had tried and failed to revive them and appeared to be in a state of shock when he returned from taking the couple's other children to school.

“I came home and I saw my children like that, and my wife, startled,” said Romero. “She didn't know what to do. She's trying to give my kids some mouth to mouth and then when I checked the babies they were blue.”

The couple has four other children, between the ages of 1 and 5.

The Dept of Children and Family Services says it began investigating the home in March of last year with what it considered a credible allegation of abuse against an older child in the home. Counseling and homemaking support began the following June. Then last month, there was a neglect complaint involving the babies, Julian and Giselle.

Autopsies were inconclusive."pending further studies"

A four-year-old boy died weighing less than 21 lbs. after being beaten, handcuffed and denied food by his abusive uncle, a jury trying the child's aunt for murder has heard.

Robert Byrd died from malnutrition and neglect in May last year after he and his seven-year-old brother Anthony Jr were tortured by Randy Gardner.

Gardner was jailed for 30 to 60 years after pleading guilty to second-degree murder, but his wife Matilda Brown Gardner is on trial after she denied killing the boy.

Brown Gardner, of Highland Park, Michigan, faces charges of first-degree premeditated murder, felony murder and first-degree child abuse in Robert's death.

The jury has begun deliberating in the case, the Detroit Free Press reported.

Robert weighed 21lbs at the time of his death - barely more than half the weight of an average boy his age, according to statistics from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

He was said to have skin erosions and bruises on about 90 per cent of his body.

A pathologist testified that the boy had chemical burns from sitting in urine and feces.

Wayne County Assistant Prosecutor Lora Weingarden told jurors in her closing argument that Brown Gardner aided her husband by not reporting the abuse or stepping in to prevent it.

Ms Weingarden said that, days before Robert's death, Brown Gardner spoke to a nurse at Children's Hospital in Detroit and lied about her name as she said Robert had flu-like symptoms.

'She sees he's dying and calls Children's Hospital, lies about her name because she's seen what the child's body looks like and she knew she would be in trouble," the prosecutor said.

'She wanted that child to die.'

Robert and Anthony Jr moved in with the Gardners in 2007 after their mother died of a brain aneurysm.

Carl Schmidt, Chief Pathologist for the Wayne County Medical Examiner’s Office, testified in June that Robert’s injuries likely stemmed from being beaten and bound over time, as well as chemical burns from sitting in urine and faeces, the Examiner reported

Food had probably been withheld from the boy for months, Dr Schmidt added.

At Wayne County Circuit Court last month, Gardner was sentenced for murder, torture and child abuse.

Robert's father, Anthony Byrd Sr, addressed the court on that occasion.

Mr Byrd said: 'I’m still, like, messed up in the head right now, why did my son have to go out like that?'

who are they? at least they weren't murdered. homeless mom probably thought she did the best thing next to leaving them at a fire station.

[Image: 120525102123-children-found-portland-story-top.jpg]

(CNN) -- Three small children -- all apparently 3 years old or younger and with no parent in sight -- were found Thursday among a group of homeless people in Portland, Oregon, police said.

The youngsters' identities are unknown. Portland police issued a statement saying its officers are working with the state Department of Human Services to learn more about the children, most importantly who they are.

The investigation began with a 911 call, placed around 9:25 a.m. (12:25 p.m. ET) Thursday, about a man who'd heard children's voices apparently emanating from a shed behind his house in East Portland.

Police officers arrived and found the "vacant residence" where the sounds had come from. There they talked to "a number of homeless people on the premises" and discovered the three "olive-skinned" children.

The youngest among them is described by police as a 15-pound infant who is between the age of 8 and 15 months old. She has short black hair, brown eyes and two front, lower teeth showing.

The next oldest child found is another girl. Weighing 28 pounds, she has long black hair and brown eyes and is about 2 years old, police estimate.

The third child is a boy, approximately 3 years old. He also weighs 28 pounds and has brown eyes, as well as short black hair.

Homeless people told police that a woman, believed to be the three's mother, had abandoned the children there the night before.

Authorities are pleading for the public's help to identity the children, who are currently in protective custody and being medically evaluated. Anyone who has information about the identity of the children, or the circumstances under which they came to be at the vacant residence in Southeast Portland, is asked to contact the DHS Child Abuse Hotline, 24/7, at 503-731-3100.

dirty bitch didn't quite succeed in killing herself.

A mother is in police custody after allegedly killing her 18-month-old twins by drowning and smothering them, and attempting to poison their four-year-old sister to death.
This heartbreaking picture shows the moment one of the toddlers was carried from the Tacony, Phildelphia home where the horrendous killings occurred on Thursday afternoon.

Stacey Smalls, 41, is believed to have committed the crimes as she was in a jealous rage over an affair she thought her husband was having with another family member.

Her husband, Ron Smalls, returned to their home after work as a corrections officer and found the children's bodies and his wife with her wrists slashed.

He frantically called 911 at 4 p.m. and told police his wife had killed their babies and tried to poison their four-year-old daughter.

When police arrived at the scene they found the woman who told them: 'I harmed my babies.'

The 18-month-old twins, Adam and Eve, were found limp and lifeless on a bed in the front bedroom. They were pronounced dead at 4.10 p.m. Police say they appeared to have died of suffocation.

Four notes next to the children read, 'This is why I killed your kids,' and detailed the mother's allegations of the husband’s affair, ABC reported.

'She had something she felt was justification but there is no justification,' Police Commissioner Charles Ramsay said. 'It’s a tragedy two young babies dead and there is no excuse for that.'

Fuck!! I have no word except seeing those pictures of the little ones being brought out is truely heartbreaking, my gosh, damn why do they always have to kill the kids, such innocents do not deserve this. Also how come the never quite manage to kill themselves, it's not that hard to slit your wrists, I would do it for them to save the babies!

CENTRALIA, Wash. -- The 2-year-old girl who was found dead at a home on Thursday may have been tortured in the weeks before she died, according to investigators.

Koralynn Fister's death has been ruled as a homicide. She died of blunt force trauma to the head and drowning, according to Lewis County Coroner Warren McLeod.

But investigators are focusing on the weeks leading up to the girl's death. At the center of the investigation is her mother's boyfriend, James M. Reeder, who is accused of systematically torturing the toddler.

Detectives said Reed asked the girl's mother for permission to babysit the girl all day and every day at the home in the 200 block of W. Oakview Ave.

Reed repeatedly raped the child and hurt her so badly that patches of skin were missing from her body and her toes, according to court documents.

"I won't go into graphic detail, but suffice it to say that in my entire legal career, this is the worst case of child abuse and neglect I have seen," said Lewis County Prosecutor Jonathan Meyer.

The man arrested following the death of a 2 1/2-year-old Centralia girl is being held in the Lewis County Jail as investigators pursue evidence of murder and rape, according to documents filed today in Lewis County Superior Court.

James Maurice Reeder, 25, made his initial court appearance this afternoon as prosecutors released a probable cause statement indicating the child had been "systematically tortured" prior to her death.

The documents state that Reeder could be charged with two counts of first-degree rape of a child, two counts of first-degree assault and murder.

He has not been officially charged. Prosecutors requested that a hearing be held Tuesday at 4 p.m. to allow investigators time to process evidence.

The manner of death for the girl, who was found dead Thursday in a bathtub at a home near West Oakview Avenue, has been ruled a homicide by the Lewis County Coroner’s Office.

The toddler was identified as Koralynn Fister of Centralia. Drowning and blunt head trauma were identified as the cause of death.

Reeder is the mother’s boyfriend, according to investigators.

At 3 p.m. Thursday, Riverside Fire Authority personnel and Centralia police responded to a call of a child not breathing. They arrived at the residence to find Reeder performing CPR on the toddler. The mother was not home at the time.

Reeder told police he was bathing the child and left the room to retrieve a towel and returned to find her facedown in the bathtub.

“His statements were inconsistent with the injuries on the child,” said Centralia Detective Sgt. Pat Fitzgerald.

The child showed injuries that indicated recent as well as prolonged abuse, said Fitzgerald.

The child was transported to Providence Centralia Hospital by responding paramedics where she was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.

Reeder was arrested and booked into the Lewis County Jail on suspicion of first-degree murder later Thursday night.

According to court documents:

Reeder had been living with the child, her older sibling and their mother for about 10 weeks. About one month ago, Reeder suggested that he and the girl’s mother split parenting duties.

When the mother would leave, Reeder would watch Fister while the mother, who has not been named, watched the older child.

Injuries observed on the body and in photographs of Fister indicated evidence of prolonged physical and sexual abuse. Those injuries included palm-sized pieces of skin missing from the child’s buttocks. Bruising, abrasions and other signs of trauma were found on the child’s body.

If he had been abusing that poor child prior to this as stated, with the injuries described there is no way the mother could not have noticed. At 2 12 years old you still get the childr dressed for the day and jammies at night, even if she is potty trained you still have to help them! I hope this mother is arrested to too, she turned a blind eye to her ugly arse SOB boyfriend torturing her beautiful little girl. R.I.P to another angel gone to soon Signs_173
