This is what Summer's aunt said the plea deal was:

She'll go to jail for 12 years. They won't get the death penalty. That's the deal

BULLSHIT on that! if the DA agrees to that he should be tarred and feathered and run out of town!

I also just saw this on her page from Monday:

Arraignment is tomorrow. The kids were told Mommy is lost (don't ask me why, I think that would be the worst thing for kids to think), but they know the police are trying to find her. Soon they will also tell the kids that Daddy and Nanna and Grandpa made Mommy lost and they're in jail. They have to tell them because A is already saying he knows it was his day to go to Nanna's. They are worried because the kids love Nanna, and they hate to make them lose so many people at one time. No new news about Summer's whereabouts.

What the Inman family did was obscene! I can't believe 12 years in prison for "nanna" to spill her guts...WTF!

i'm waiting for more info on arraignments. murder charges are not filed yet.

Fox28
LOGAN -- A Hocking Couty judge handed down a $1 million bond against the estranged husband of a woman reported missing for more than a week and found dead last night. William Inman II, as well as his mother and father, are charged with kidnapping regarding Summer Inman's disappearance.

Summer's jailed mother-in-law helped lead police to find the young mother's body outside of a church in Nelsonville late Tuesday night.

Look how lackadaisical he appears! Bastard.

I can envision the upcoming scenario. Nanna is going to say she lived in fear, that she was forced to participate.

Hire some illegals and trade them citizenship for applying street justice to these three.

There . . . that's my idea for the "Dream Act".

i have to say it again.
this must be the STUPIDEST gang of murderers that ever lived. they left a trail and evidence only a fool could fail to follow.
nice...mom of 3 dead, mother, father, son will spend their lives in prison, and tragically, 3 little kids are waiting to see their mommy!

What a sad sad story. I'm glad the mother in law decided to talk. I dated a guy who went to Hocking College in Nelsonville and I just kept thinking if someone doesn't tell LE where she is, there's no way they're going to find her! So many hidden and abandoned places in that area!

Those poor children.

Wow; I can't believe they actually killed her. I was kind of hoping they just left her in the middle of nowhere, but still alive. I can't even imagine what those children are going through right now. They just lost 4 people very close and dear to them. I hope they are put into counseling right away.

I'm glad those dreadful people won't play a role in shaping those kids minds/future.

A tale of Horror is what it is, I was hoping she'd be alive somewhere until I saw the Car Wash pictures and the story about the wheels and Auto Salvage Yard - I'm still left wondering about the tires and why? Anyway I knew then they must have killed the poor woman - was the car even the murder weapon? My sympathy goes out to this family and how sad for the children left. I think LE did a great job in this case all the same! I think this is another first for Ohio imagine a mother and father assisting their son!

Lady Cop, Thank-you for all the updates. On Summer's Facebook one of her dreams was to visit The Frank Lloyd Wright - Falling Water House in PA - she posted a picture not long before she died - it's a beautiful place. RIP Summer.

Coroner says Summer died from strangulation. :(

During her court appearance Wednesday, Sandra mouthed the words, 'I'm so sorry' to Summer's family.

"I don't believe it. I don't believe it. How can you sit there and do something like that to your in-laws, to your grandbabies' mother and turn around and say, 'I'm sorry?' There's no apology for that," said Misty Van Pelt, Summer's friend.

"They're saying now that she was dead when she was put in there. I'm really hoping so because the gasses in that really small chamber would definitely have to kill her and just the thought of knowing she would be in there alive is just horrible," said Sheila Miller, Summer's friend.

Outside the courtroom, William A. Inman denied any involvement in his daughter-in-law's death.

"I didn't do a thing to Summer," he said.
