It is a pain in the ass for us normal people to fly anywhere with all the security measures, but somehow these jerks manage to get in anyway.

I don't think any of the major airports have uniform security procedures. When we were flying out of Boston, to Florida a few years back, The security personal confiscated my kids pencil sharpeners (they claimed the little razor blade inside could be used as a weapon). On the way back from Florida, the woman sitting next to us was doing needlepoint. Right on her lap during the flight was a large pair of scissors, a pin cushion full of common pins and needles, and a small box cutter. I asked her how she got through security with all that, she said they never even questioned her, they opened her bag, looked in real quick and handed it back to her. I was like, huh?

We were coming back from vacation from Cancun, and had been on a pirate dinner cruise and received 12" play wooden swords that we were going to bring back to our kids and they confiscated them telling us they could be used as a weapon.....REALLY?

We have more of an everyday problem with thugs who terrorize their own communities. There are two reasons people don't tell:
1.) Thug has the good dope and they don't want to lose their dealer.
2.) They are afraid to tell. That is terrorism, making people afraid.

34 Americans die everyday by gun violence. That is a good day in Afghanistan or Iraq.

I wish we could shoot the domestic terrorists the same way we shoot the foreign ones. It would make the world a better place.
