He seems like the one that is always looking down, but his eyes are darting around. I tend to believe the mother more, but I noticed in both interviews - yesterday's and this morning's - that she occasionally looks at the father as if for affirmation or agreement. He does not seem to respond to those looks, but just keeps looking down.

I wish they showed when he spoke this morning, but the TV station was showing footage of the house and surrounding area during that part of the interview.

Harvest, that's exactly the way I read this couple's body language.

But, alternative explanations for the father's body language - he might be very shy and isn't good about making eye contact even in normal circumstances, or he might possibly suspect his wife of having harmed Lisa.

I just hope LE isn't focusing on the parents so much that they're ignoring other possibilities - like jealousy motives of the father's ex.

FOX just reported the FBI said mom "failed miserably" (poly). and that mom made a 0230 phone call. that's all of report for now.

i thought the phones had been stolen.

Wow. That's huge news if true. I wonder who the mom called. At the very least, we know the mom was up at 2:30, so that would narrow the opportunity an outsider would have considerably.

Tip: Johnson County landfill search tied to Lisa Irwin case

SHAWNEE, Kan. - Deffenbaugh Industries confirms law enforcement officers are searching their Johnson County landfill.

Earlier, NBC Action News received an anonymous tip the search is in connection to the case of Lisa Irwin, the 10-month-old Kansas City girl who was reported missing Tuesday morning.

LOOKING FOR LISA | Pictures of Lisa Irwin

The landfill is located near Interstate 435 and Holliday Drive in Shawnee, Kan., about 23 miles from Lisa's home in northern Kansas City.

It was not immediately clear what may have brought investigators to the landfill or what exactly they’re looking for.

Lisa Irwin’s parents reported her missing Tuesday morning when her father, Jeremy Irwin, says he returned to his home in the 3600 block of North Lister Avenue from work to find her not inside her crib. He says lights were on in the house and the front door was unlocked.

Investigators with the Kansas City Police Department and FBI have spent the past three days looking for the girl.

Police said Thursday Lisa’s parents had ceased their cooperation with the investigation, but Friday morning on NBC’s Today Show, Jeremy Irwin and Deborah Bradley, Lisa’s mother, insisted they have continued to cooperate .

Authorities have not named any suspects in the case.

Skytracker is headed to the landfill and we have ground crews headed there as well. We'll post more information here as soon as it becomes available

Please don't let this precious baby girl be in the landfill....
They are showing the search live right now on the NBC action news site.

Any more news on the phone call the mother made and the statement about her failing the poly miserably, I haven't seen anything on it?

The only reason people get lost in thought is because it's unfamiliar territory.

I can not believe that this mother could hide that beautiful, tiny child in a landfill. I just can't. Please, please don't let her be there.

Remember Breeann Rodriguez? She was 3 when her neighbor found her by his pool and strangled her a couple months ago. BOTH of her parents were told they failed polygraphs miserably. And they were innocent. I am holding out hope that mom is telling the truth and some stranger that wanted a baby to love has her.

Im watching the live stream of the landfill, I pray this little girl is not in there, and they should check out the person that gave them the tip as well... My neighborhood had a man who would light peoples fences on fire and then call and report them and they never checked him out until his 3rd or fourth call, talk about morons..

I just wonder where Fox News is getting its information. This is the first report of the mom making a call at 2:30 am. Could it be her, or somebody who stole her phone.

It was previously reported that she failed one question on the poly (not failed miserably)...but we don't know if that is the truth or if the police are playing hardball to get her to "crack". Is Fox just sensationalizing the situation? I am sorry, but I just don't trust "main stream media", aka MSM, all the time.

Please, please don't let them find that adorable baby girl in the landfill...I cannot bring myself to watch that news coverage. So somebody please post if anything is found.

From Mahoney: Also, the grandfather of Deb Bradley offered an explanation for the police statement on Thursday that the parents were no longer cooperating with police. A claim the family disputes.
David Netz, Sr says the couple objected to police questioning tactics.

"They would cone in and say, 'OK, Jeremy said this, and they'd go back to Jeremy and say Deb said this and this," Netz said.

"When you're tired and worried about your baby, you're bound to make itty bitty mistakes in time lines", Netz said.

"And they have been pouncing in every little, from what I understand, every little mistake that is made".

From Mahoney: He also says they are also watching developments in the search of a Johnson County landfill.
Lerette calls this a day where Irwin and Bradley, as well as other family members, are trying to get some sleep after a tension-filled week.

The couple's 10-month old daughter, Lisa disappeared Tuesday.

From KMBC's Mike Mahoney: A relative of Jeremy Irwin and Deb Bradley, the parents of the missing Kansas City baby, say they are hoping a tip from California pays off. Mike Lerette told KMBC's Micheal Mahoney the FBI may be looking at some surveillance video shown a couple in California with a very young child. He would not elaborate.

It appears the FBI trucks have returned to headquarters

Post on Facebook today:

In 2001 , My sister Lisa passed away from a suspicious 'accidental drug overdose'. Lisa was the mother of Debbie , the mother of this missing 10 month old. This missing baby was named after her deceased grandmother. I am the Uncle of the mother (Debbie) of this missing child. My sister Lisa had 3 kids and was estranged from her husband , who was thousands of dollars behind in back child support and was living in Delaware close to his estranged wife and his 3 kids. He did not like it on the east coast. He was from Kansas City. My 36 year old sister mysteriously died from what they called an 'accidental overdose'. After her death , her estranged husband who owed thousands in back child support and didn't like living in Delaware anyway , took his 3 kids and returned to Kansas City. Debbie , the mother of this missing child , is one of them 3 kids. Now here we are 10 years after the mysterious and suspicious death of my 36 year old sister Lisa ... and the 10 month old baby who was named after her is missing. I have no been in contact with them for a few years so I don't know what's been going on in Missouri. But I will say that I have always been suspicious about my sister Lisa's estranged husband and whether or not he was involved in her death. He had plenty of motive. And he left Delaware very fast. Lisa's death looked like an accident so it was ruled an accident. But I know my sister and she was smarter than that. And her death occurred on the 10th birthday of her youngest son who found her dead in bed on his birthday. Is the disappearance of this child and the suspicious death of my sister connected ? Is this just a coincidence ? We have one Lisa dead and another Lisa missing. I love my niece Debbie , the mother of this missing child. And I have no idea who her boyfriend is. Nor do I know what was going on in their lives in the past few years. But I do know that I lost my sister Lisa 10 years ago and I will always be very suspicious about her death. Now this poor child is missing. I am curious to know if her grandfather was around.

Ok, so I'm still stuck on the cell phones. If the cell phones are new and POSSIBLY still turned on, they would be able to get GPS coordinates. Every cell phone since 2000(?) has a tracker in it that authorities can tap in to. Has anyone heard if they've done this yet? Sorry, I've read up what I could so far, but it just reminds me of the Caylee Anthony story and it's just hard to keep up with-that was damn near my backyard.
