There are crazy hot women at our gym. It's just awesome. Plenty of inspiration.

I did okay at first and they seemed deceptively easy, shit like "drop this towel on the floor and run around it for five minutes" but I quickly found I was sweaty, sucking wind and completely gassed. Dvd wasn't finished but I figured it was a good effort for my first day and I went to flop down on the couch and grab the remote to pause. Right as I did, that cocky little crackfiend on the tv says "Okay everybody, that's enough warmup! Let's get to the workout!"
Nothing like a steaming bowl of humiliation to remind you what your condition really is...

It's so freakin hard! I think I am too old to do it. LOL

I have a stepmill in the garage, it's like a revolving staircase. I don't know what ever possessed me to buy it, I loathe that fucking thing.

I got an ellipical a few months ago. I'd been running but I was starting to develop a problem with my left foot. Anyone who's been on an elliptical know they aren't much fun, but you can burn 800 calories in an hour without too much pain. That's close to two meals worth you can subtract from your daily intake if you're into keeping track of such things.

I got mine off CL. Killer deal for a pretty expensive machine from a fat girl.

Bitch.

I want the Nordic Trak Tread Climber. It's the best of a treadmill, stepper, and eliptical all rolled into one. No room for it though. And it's expensive!

Chocolate chip cookies...Yeah I think I remember those. And I think I really, really miss them.

If I could afford it and could find room for it I'd buy a Precor. So I guess I'm not getting one.

I love my gym, it's HUGE and state of the art. It's got 5 concept two rowers 12 treadmills 8 of those elliptical things (precors I guess) that adjust to your weight and impact, several bikes, a free range running treadmill a couple recombinant bikes, several crunch machines and a couple machines that look like torture devices and I have no idea what they do.

The weight room is equally fantastic, 15 sets of free weights, barbells dumbells racks etc, several of those pully things and two complete sets of weight machines.

Just fabulous. 45 bucks a month. Fuck buying shit I never use. I go to this gym almost every day. Totally motivated to work out there, plus theres an olympic size swimming pool that abuts it so you can watch all the ladies run around in their bathing suits and stuff while working out.

Poi-fect.
