So, this guy is gone. Had to explain how it was that I could not trust his decision making tree due to his handling of his allegidly found drugs. He understands anc accepts the consequences of his actions and will take the oportunity to learn from the experience.

So, last week, Thursday, I get 4 new guys in. One guy makes it 1 day. Gives me a good day, I am hopeful. Friday night he manages to score some crack, seriously, after 1 day. SO he is up all night Friday night, wakes the other guys up several times and they are all due on deck at 6am Saturday. The other guys leave him at the house and come in. So I go and tell him to pack his shit, hand him a plane ticket back to Dallas and load him in the truck and send him to the airport. My warehouse guy drives him down and the guy refuses to get out of the truck. Says he wants to stay here and smoke crack on the beach because we have Fantastic crack here. WTF? Where do these assholes come from? My guy offers to buy his laptop for $150 and they get out to complete the deal, my guy kicks the bag out and bolts and leaves the asshole on the sidewalk at the airport.
This should end well

Next Stupid motherfucker.
So this guy has been stealing gas, useing company card to charge gas he is selling to other people. Stupid fuck, how can you NOT expect to get cought? The company didn't have good reporting on card use, they fixed that the other day and I got copied on my guys activity, took me all of 12 seconds to see there was a problem on 2 cards. SO I went around to the gas stations and got video on 2 of them. He parks in front of the store, talks to a guy and they fill up the other guys vehicle. He is doing this all over the county, $8k worth since Oct.
Police reports in, pressing charges and all that, I'll arrange his arrest at the safety meeting wed am.
Merry motherfucking christmas asshole.

Ready for the next installation of "Stupid Fucking Employees"?

So, last week we have all the big bosses in town, tour our new facility, change some things around, talk to everyone and all that. Also brought in the Resource guy from Texas so he could run the show getting GPS's installed in all the vehicles. One of my intrepid heros watches the installation on his assigned vehicle and takes off when its done around 2pm, has to go to the bank and some other things, Fine. About 10pm, my phone starts to blow up, every 10 minutes I am getting an alert that this vehicke has been sitting idling for more than 10 minutes, WTF?
So, I can't sleep because the phone keeps beeping, might as well get to know the software a little bit, off to the net.
These things are pretty cool, I know what vehicle is speeding and when, where they are, all kinds of things.
So, this hero goes to the bank, then another address and is there for 4 hrs, then heads across the state back to the west coast Naples area but stops in the middle of alligator alley and idles from 9pm to 4am. A little backtracking on the GPS and Oh Look, they linked to Google Maps! What was the address? A titty bar of course, strike 1. He got there about 3pm, stayed to a little after 7pm. Of course he clocked out at 5, strike 2. Then drove 60 odd miles drunk in my vehicle, Strike 3.
This after Watching the GPS be installed. Did he really think I wouldn't check out the coolio toys we just bought?
I keep telling these clown I am smarter than they are, they just don't fukin listen.
