This past near fiasco of a bill that was purported to be "Expanded Background Check" also had a shit load of other stuff that would have been a far more infringement on people like me. If the Antigun nuts had stuck to what they were saying even I would have voted for it. However, they chose to lie to everyone and try to take a lot of my freedoms away, I ain't having that, fuckem.
As far as keeping guns of any type out of the hands of nuts, Great, I am all for it as long as it doesn't infringe on ME and Mine.

We have this thing here called a Constitution, it gives me certain rights. Lots of men and women and boys died making sure that we have this thing. You should understand that, they did a lot of that dieting on your shores saving your people.
So, take your liberal anti gun, anti american bullshit and ram it up your ass.

Oh don't even start with all that “we saved your ass in WW2” horseshit you stoopid yankee motherfucker. America helped kick the krauts out of Europe but in WW2 we saved our own asses from kraut invasion during the battle of Britain. You wouldn't have even entered WW2 if the nips hadn't pulled your collective yankee trousers down and buttfucked you at Pearl Harbour we tried to warn you about how sneaky the axis nations were but did you listen? Did you fuck!. You've been reluctant and late for two world wars in a row so shut the fuck up dipshit.

“As long as it doesn't infringe on ME or mine”. Yeah thats far more important than innocent peoples lives isn't it you selfish piece of shit, special emphasis on the “ME” because at the end of the day that's all you give a flying fuck about isn't it you complete knob jockey?

See you at the next US gun massace asshole.

The things that would have made it illegal for me to buy or sell to anyone other than immediate family members without going through a dealer so the Govt can track the transaction.
The one and only way that the bill would have worked is if they create a gun registry, something that is precluded by law. That makes the whole thing an exercise in stupidity.
It also made it illegal for some to loan or borrow a gun for more than a week without going through a dealer.

Had the United States never entered WW2, the UK and Western Europe would be speaking German or Russian.

The industrial capacity and manpower the US provided was the critical key to turning the tide of WW2. It was also the reason Russia could not proceed further east at the conclusion of the war. Any argument to the contrary is ignoring facts and history.

That said, I have great admiration for my ancestry in the UK for being so steadfast and resilient in fighting the Germans. Every time I am in London I visit the Imperial War Museum and I am moved beyond words. The US and the UK rightly should have no great ally than each other.

I think that's bullshit, selfish behavior after 20 first graders were gunned down. Why the fuck do you need to loan a gun to someone for more than a week anyhow, and why do you need to sell to anyone without going through a dealer? Are you fucking kidding me? Oh boo fucking hoo that you actually have to go through a process to obtain assault weapons, oh my god the great USA is going to end as we know it.

If they concentrated more on keeping assault weapons away from stupid redneck fucks and ignorant niggers and less on the war on drugs none of this would be an issue.

Absolute complete and utter unadulterated fucking horseshit.

Any chance of a German invasion of the UK completely ended after the battle of Britain a battle America played no part in whatsoever. While the UK were fighting this battle the yanks were saying “uncle Adolf? He aint so bad!” The krauts completely and utterly lost the air war in Britains skies ending forever any hope they had of successfully invading the UK. It wasn't until the nips raped your ass at Pearl Harbour that you showed any interest in taking any part in WW2. The UK completely selfless in declaring war after the Nazi invasion of another country the US completely selfish in declaring war on its own terms as fucking usual.

Your supposition that if the krauts hadn't invaded Great Britain the ruskies would have is more completely speculative bullshit.

You were reluctant to take part in and late for two world wars in a row we paid you billions in compensation for your gung ho GI cannon fodder. We owe you precisely fuck all.

As though any of this piddling little crap is more important than trying to stop sociopaths getting their hands on assault weapons to massacre innocent men, women and children you stoopid motherfucker.

“They would make it so I couldn't loan or borrow a gun for more than a week without going through a dealer!” Oh wah! Wah! Wah! Borrowing an assault weapon from a family member or friend is all a nutcase needs to go on a gun rampage dickhead.

“I couldn't sell a gun to anyone other than immediate family members without going through a dealer”. Yeah, this is to ensure you don't sell a machine gun to a sociopath who presents themselves as perfectly normal you stoopid prick.

The easier it is to buy, sell and trade guns without regulation the easier it is for a nutcase to buy an assault weapon to go on the rampage numbnuts.

What the fucking hell is wrong with you?

OK CN, this is the last time I respond to you at all. You and Sally can both kiss my ass.
I am an American, I have a constitution, I have rights that may not be infringed upon.
Those rights happen to include owning weapons. Since I am of sound mind there is no reason I should not be permitted to do so.
There is nothing wrong with any of that or me.
You refuse to see it any other way than we should all surrender our weapons and be done with it and live the British way, you do realize we fought a war and kicked your ass to get away from that once right?
It is not any of the govts business or any one else's what weapons I own as long as I stay within the bounds of the law, period.
Should I choose to loan any weapon to my neighbor as long as I am confident he is not a convicted felon or crazy, that is none of the govts business either, or yours.
For the record, I do not own any assault weapon, those are fully automatic and illegal without special permitting. The weapons you two morons keep referring to as assault weapons have been semi automatic sporting weapons, there is a huge difference.
I am now and always been in favor of keeping all weapons out of the hands of crazys, but I am not willing to surrender mine to do so. You and Sally keep referring to "Niggers" in the same "conversation" as assault weapons, but most of the news items I have seen have been crazy white folks doing that shit. The blacks being criminals and doing what they do in the most part affects other blacks, not me so I don't care. So I tell you what, you stay your ass over there in GB and be happy there. We will live free as Americans here and be happy doing so.
Sally, you really need a life. Your an ignorant arrogant woman that does not have a brain in your head. You keep drinking that coolaid.

And Sally? You are an arrogant woman! Know your place!

I lost the fucking will till to live reading that last post when sixfooter sex starting going about “we kicked your ass 300 years ago! Blah blah rhubarb rhubarb”.

Yeah until the next assault weapon massacre has America collectively wringing its hands and shaking its head in shame.
You notice how all the gun nuts only care about their rights and no one elses? They don't give a flying fuck about the rights of innocent civilians NOT to get butchered like cattle in an abbatoir but a nutcase with an assault weapon he bought at at gun show or got lent to him by a relative.
The right to bear arms seems to supercede all other rights.

I read the bill when you posted it previously, Six. I read it again recently.

In order for background check requirements to be applied universally to gun transfers, administrative processes would of course be required, like with anything else. I understand from your posts that you object to those processes as being too restrictive and inconvenient to you and yours.

However, it's simply not true that the bill included or necessitated a gun registry in order for universal background checks to be implemented. Federal rules already exist forbidding the government from keeping a record of successful background checks for more than a day. Those same rules apply whether 60% or 90% of gun transfers require background checks. Lawmakers have repeatedly confirmed that they have no intention of creating a gun registry.

So, it's simply fear by some gun owners that the government can't be trusted and could have created a national gun registry with even more names had the universal background checks bill passed. It's a fear that the Fed would break its own rules, commit political suicide and create a national gun registry on the sly for the purpose of raping the US citizenship of its guns. It's a fear of yours not a fact and not a provision/necessity attached to universal background checks (nor the bill that proposed them).

I never said anything about banning guns, I said I would support a strict back ground check and process to obtain them. You said you wouldn't be against it as long as everyone is still able to loan or sell their guns to whoever they want. Well doesn't that defeat the purpose of the goddamn background check, why even bother with it then if everyone can just give their guns to any nut they please?

What price? The price of not being able to buy assault weapons? Is that really such a heavy price to pay to try and protect innocent people from being gunned down like ducks in a shooting gallery? Really? Do you honestly think its too much to ask?

Which right is more important? The right to buy assault weapons? Or the right to be able to go to school, church, the movies or the mall without having to worry about a maniac with an AK47 blowing you and your classmates, friends or family away?

There you go. Simple.

If that belief is why some object to a federal bill being passed, then they can just come on out and say it, like you did.

That's very different than stating fears as facts in order to defend resistance to something.

The first amendment remains in tact, right there in front of the second amendment.
