Clang, i know 9 to 9 rule, but maybe they disregard time zones and AZ for example doesn't do daylight time, so during summer months plus, our mountain time is same as pacific time. doesn't seem allowances are made for this.
Also, one evening i was talking on phone for approx one-half hour and hung up at 9:05 P.M. At that time, received a robo call, so think if
they start call before 9 and line is busy, it keeps trying until line becomes free again. (just my theory)

Idk...it was never me. I worked 9AM to 5:30 PM and 11 AM to 7:30 PM.

See 16 CFR 310.4(b)(1)(v). The Competition is intended to provide recognition to individuals, teams of individuals, for-profit legal entities, and/or non-profit organizations (collectively, “Contestants”) for developing proposed technical solutions or functional solutions and proofs of concepts that can block illegal robocalls (each a “Solution”).
