So stupid, I can see just from this why we would lose the election.

Brittany Watts is 33, she lives in Ohio. She was 22 weeks pregnant and had been to her Dr and the hospital more than once. Her pregnancy was nonviable. She miscarried her dead baby in a toilet and she has now been charged with felony abuse of a corpse. I am so sick of this shit, sick to death of it.

That story makes no fucking sense. How did the cops discover the baby? Did she call Rotor Rooter when it wouldn’t flush down and they reported it? And why is the prosecutor saying she put the fetus into the toilet? Having a miscarriage on the toilet does not equate to intentionally putting a fetus in the toilet.

She tried using meat scissors to get it to flush.

That's a great question so I went looking for more information. According to the reporting, her home was investigated after someone called the police and told them to inspect the home. I guess the cops now take their orders over the phone from anonymous sources.

You'd know that isn't true if you'd read the summary of Roe vs Wade. It explicitly left the door open to reinterpretation if a fetus was determined to be a human being. You can't blame SCOTUS for that. This was going to happen sooner or later.

Personally, I fault the pro-choice advocates for arguing that a fetus isn't a human being, rather than sticking with a libertarian argument based on individual sovereignty, which is a very solid position to argue.
