It carries the same as "what I want to know" "let me just ask you this" "I would like to ask you" all of which would be followed by the question "why are black people so loud"?
That's two of you who have no grasp of punctuation and one who also has no grasp of the language.
Sorry, Dickydo. LC is correct. I never did ask the question, just mentioned that I would LIKE to ask. When a person of color steps up to answer, I will indeed ask. I assume they will answer in all caps.
Fuck you! You did ask the question.
It doesn't matter what your second grade teacher said ,and I'm certianly not required to listen to LC or you or both of you together.
admit you fucked up, and move on.
If I said "I would like to blow you," would you have been blown? Think about it for a minute.
I will admit I am in error if you dress up like a baby and have octomom whip you like your cousin Gonzo.

I don't let supposed men blow me. even if they ask nice like that.

But just to satisfy your fucked up sense of the language, a statement made the way you worded is only waiting for an affirmative reply, thus it is a question.

Operative word, statement.
It is a literary device. I will admit that. I have strange sentence construction with more implicit language than explicit.
I fuck up a bunch in my life. You only need to ask if you want to find an instance when I've been wrong. My house is worth about 20-30% less than when I bought it. That is the biggest glaring fuck up I can think of. I also let my night job go because I didn't want to be away from my family so much. That might not have been the best idea as my weekend job dried up due to budget restraints. I never pick the right mate. I think sometimes it would have been nice to not have to raise kids by myself. I think I maybe should have taken the higher paying job, although I am in love with what I do, so I'm not sure that is a fuck up.
I am full of errors.

This is not a question. Check your voice cadence. In a question, it would tend up at the end. It's an indirect statement but not an outright question. If I say, I'd like to ask why the earth is round...that's a statement but not a true question (and notice that your voice doesn't tend up at the end of it). If I say "why is the earth round"?...that's a question. LC/Cracker 1, Dick 0.

Its a question.
and if any of the newbies respond to it you will have the proof you need to claim idiocy.

It's NOT a question (dumbass)! If you can't even handle a little thing like an apostrophe, what makes you think you can manage a question mark? Now shut-up. It's no wonder the lurkers don't post...they're scared of the punctuation police.

It's a question, the answer to which is that it is a cultural anomoly.
what I would like to ask is why can't you see that it's a question

Or they no-speaka-da-language like Cisneros. They want to bitch us out about being so tough on illegal immigration, but they just can't seem to figure out how the words work.
Any of you used-to-be-minorities-but-you-can't-keep-from-fucking-all-day-since-you-are-the-man-dammit-so-now-your-population-is-rising-people care to comment on that using Babelfish or other such translation software?

Dick, you already said it was a statement. You already fucked yourself. Try not to let being superior get in the way of being stupid. The two are not mutually exclusive.

I have to assume you are retarded (whinning), so you don't understand that many people don't have "side jobs". I'm not going to bust out with what I do, but you can't hire people off the street to do it. You have to have degrees and shit. As I apparently can keep the Internet on with just one income, I probably wasn't "whinning."
Apartment dwellers don't whine (see, one "n" tard) about decreased property value and the housing market. It's all good for you. They will probably even lower your income-based-housing rent. Then you can get more weed with the money you make under the table.

It's "anomaly". God dammit, if you'd stop with this shit I might actually be able to focus on the content.

I own my house. Bought and paid for. I have two degrees. Did it ever occcur to you I might be fucking with you. I know you are the spelling police here. I find it funny how a page or so back other people were calling you out on spelling and grammer.
Now my question for you is why do you have the same picture as the member Doublestacked? Was it given to you by Lady COP or are you just that stoopid and unoriginal?
