I said I would answer totally curious when we came back up so here goes.

First of all, if we aren't looking at anyone strictly by rumor then I guess that blows atleast half of what has been said about Tiffany & Maytee out of the water. ALSO I'm not blaming the ex BD for, especially murder or in the involvement in it. I simply said I do not understand why LS's parents would invite him (because the funeral was private so invitation was needed) to the funeral.

The reason why I do not understand it is because of this: If you go back to page 131 post #1834 by Jash, she looked up the ex, BD & found him in the Sylvania Municpal Courts website. Just a snippit of what was reported:

"He did have an assault charge filed in 2009.
Had to make restitution, fines, etc, and dismissed charges. He completed anger management and restitution. There was a "no contact" instigated against the victim of the assault, but it does NOT name the victim."

While the dockets do not name the victim, I am basing my opinion on this legal public document (fact) coupled with testimony from those who claim to know Lisa & her ex BD & things that happened between the 2 which included physical abuse & stalking.(possible rumor) These claims were made (if memory serves me right, because why else would there be a need to look him up) before Jash even looked up the ex so its not as if people who claim to know Lisa came in, saw Jashs post & THEN said Oh yeah BTW about that EX of hers....

These charges were from 2009, it is rumored that JC & LS had been dating for about 2 years, which would mean the beginning of their relationship was sometime in or around 2009, around the same time these charges & the no contact order was filed. The person who claimed to have worked with Lisa & saw her come into work beat the hell up, specifically asked why the ex, BD was not being investigated, not JC, although I'm not claiming that JC wasn't capable of physical violence, he just doesn't fit into the timeline for this reported incident & isn't named by the claimant. Now to say that we don't know where she got the bruises is true, the only way to know would be to witness the incident. I do think it's common for victims of DV to lie & say they bumped into walls or fell down stairs to account for their injuries too.

I'm just putting 2 & 2 together. It has been claimed/rumored/reported/testified too.... however you'd like to put it, that BD was a psycho, that he stalked her & that he beat her & then I have fact from a court docket that says he assaulted someone & had a TRO put out on him. If it somehow comes out in the wash that his charges & the TRO are completely unrelated to Lisa, well then my most heart felt apologies but I don't think that's the case & that's why I don't understand why he was invited to the funeral.

wow...i never thought about that...it could be to watch him how he acted. (police were at her funeral) Remember the peterson case..the young married pregnant woman that was murdered in ca. well i read the book by her mother...He (the husband) still when they knew it was him that committed the crime still was trying to convince the family that he wasnt involved. so it could be right now they dont believe it but it could turn different. you just dont know how the police are going with this. young people have so many friends and so many patterens. IT COULD JUST VERY WELL BE...however i still feel Maytee is a loony tune. IMO of course.

I am not defending Maytee, but just to keep in perspective some of the comments made today seemingly citing certain behavior as "evidence" of her nuttiness and/or complicity:

1) I have personally known and seen some people, including some upstanding members of the community, who wore sunglasses while in bereavement and even to the funeral of a loved one, apparently so that their tears, red eyes, etc. would remain personal and unseen. It seemed peculiar to me, but apparently it is a known practice among some people. You can't assume that she wore them to "look cool" while being interviewed.

2) If you have ever been in a TV studio, it is typical for two or three cameras to be facing you while you are being interviewed, and for the camera control person to switch between them. People appearing for the first time, or being nervous because they are not professionals, get confused and often face the wrong camera and have to be repeatedly told to face a different camera than the one they are talking into. They may be told to look at the camera with the light on, but they may not see the light. It makes even otherwise normal people look goofy and confused when this happens.

I agree that there is plenty of other evidence of her nuttiness and possible complicity, but not necessarily the sunglasses and wrong camera.

EXACTLY! And add to the list, that at the same time (same date) he was also arrested for criminal trespass. A previous poster, claiming to be a friend of Lisa's stated that the criminal trespass happened when he went to the house, and either actually got in, or tried to get in, to see or get to Lisa. TRO stems from that incident, and friends of Lisa have posted he should be looked at cuz he has hit her before. You do not receive a TRO in a he said, she said thing....he got it slapped on him because he came to her home, was stalking her, had been abusive, etc. For people to have sympathy for HIM, is beyond me. That was my point, why would her parents allow him there as it would be a COLD COLD day in hell that any man that caused my daughter physical and emotional pain would weep at her casket. If in fact he was there, to me, this perpetuates the diminishing or desensitization that is occurring relating to violence against women. Sure, he abused her, but he didn't kill her, so he is elevated above JC and his hoodrat friends. Aw...poor BD, they were high school sweethearts, he looooved her...yeah, he loved her so much he stalked, alledgedly broke into her home, beat her according to friends, was arrested, had to undergo anger management classes, and got a TRO slapped against him...but Oh well, Lisa's gone now and all is forgiven? Some of the younger women on here claiming to be lisa's friends also seem to have sympathy for him, but again, that is the mindset of alot of young women. They say, "Yes, we knew it, but she loved him, what could we do?" They don't GET that they can do ALOT. Is it SO common amongst young people now that everyone assumes physical/emotional abuse is just a normal part of a relationship?? NO FUCKING WAY on my part. This is just my opinion of course, but to have one iota of sympathy for an abusive loser...I just don't get that AT ALL...not at all.
His record is a FACT...and it was backed up by claimed friends of Lisa's on the board.

Yes! Swarm outside like the roaches you are! UGH! I'm so sick of this city. Yesterday 2 kids walking to school found a dead body in a alley. Police believe it may have been there for awhile :O Saturday night there were shots fired at a TEEN dance club (why is there a need for a dance club for teens anyway?) & Saturday morning a woman was found dead in the middle of the street on the east side of the city. Suspects of both of the most recent murders have been apprehended btw. All this in one weekend in the good ole city of Toledo!!!

it is the manner of death for me also and the 911 call about tw being on phone when crime started, that struck me to be very odd because i believe there are no coincidences.

just getting aught up, johnnys mother lives in her parents house, also when jc was in that trouble, his mom had his settlement money from a car acc, years before, i think it was like under 30 thousand, he got a car and all i knew was his mom went threw it,,,,,,,,,,,,just thought that could help on the lawyer info.
