$320.00 to Mark Swan; and $1,254.15 to the City of Toledo.

this makes since if they had any drugs there, her being street smart would know make her think twice and if she did not set it up she must feel like had she called they may still be here today, so sad,

Justice for Johnny Clarke and Lisa Straub Tiffany is the woman who was on the phone with Johnny the night of the murder who heard him say something to the effect of "What are you doing here?", after which the phone apparently dropped and she heard some sort of commotion who repeatedly kept trying to get hold of Johnny and Lisa by texting and calling them.

Many people have dissed her for NOT calling 911 and I'd like an explanation from her.

In hindsight, I'm most certain she wishes she had called immediately. Knowing what she knows now, I am certain she wishes she had. However, and I am going... to defend her, I know countless people who wouldn't have called the cops because of many different reasons:

1.) They have outstanding warrants for their arrest;

2.) They have been raised by parents who taught them never to involve the police in their business;

3.) They know the person is on probation or parole which entitles the police to search their person, residence, vehicle, etc. without a warrant;

4.) They know the person or persons they would be sending the police to check on have drugs in their residence or on their person;

5.) They believe the person is under the influence of an illegal narcotic;

6.) They would be going against the "code" of the gang or people they are affiliated with;

7.) They would make people angry if it became known they were the person who called 911;

8.) They didn't want their name to appear on the sheriff or police department public 911 call log;

9) They were afraid the police would come to their residence to talk to them and they were drunk or under the influence of illegal narcotics;

10.) They weren't certain there was an emergency and didn't want to seem like an idiot for calling the police for nothing, etc. etc. etc.See More

Also, she was waiting for someone to come home and then used their car to drive over to the house. I'm sure she told the people WHY she wanted to borrow the car. Why didn't the people who she borrowed the car from call 911?

Well we are know that the person/persons running that Justice for Johhny & Lisa site is completely controlling and unless you post what they want to hear they delete it as fast as it goes up. I doubt that TW is going to actually answer any of those questions, she has prob. talked with a lawyer and since she has been arrested before she knows when to clam up and is not going to lock herself into any more statements than she already has! I would be surprised, come on, TW didn't even really give these murders the time of day on her own site, she mentioned it once or twice and then nothing, she starts posting about popcorn and movies?? She posts on FB like a maniac then on this nothing?? She's not going to be interviewed by anyone, as I am sure she has been contacted by media for some sort of a statement, want to bet??

I know a PS who lives in Toledo. I also found a MS on FB in Toledo. I can say for certain that P doesn't run in that kinda crowd & the M I found doesn't look like he does either

I do believe Sanders is still incarcerated. I read through the clerk of courts site in which Clarke and St. Clair show being released for community control, but there's nothing noting Sanders was released.

I know a PS who lives in Toledo. I also found a MS on FB in Toledo. I can say for certain that P doesn't run in that kinda crowd & the M I found doesn't look like he does either

I'm not sure either of them would run with that crowd. They are the ones that these three robbed at gunpoint. I haven't heard any details into that case which indicate they were friends or anything like that.

I did bring up some results for MS on the criminal/traffic records.

i am sure toxicology was done. it may never be released until trial however.

that is great to hear, my reasoning for even being on Maytee side is the fact that everyone has a past, and this murder was more like torture and thats horrible! I too as u know have lost and this situation/murder has got me all tore up! I did let my emotions get the best of me but as a mom am I wrong for that! I never threatenin anyone alls I did say was (whomever did this should feel that torture as well and then some but that MO) Im not takin any sides but I have my opinions as well as others do! I am also wondering about this Sanders guys (father) is involved if he has threatened him in the past!! I just dont know what to think but I can say this his past might of came to haunt him BUT he is no longer here! His life was taken! He didnt take no ones life! Thanks for welcoming me! =)
