Is it possible that the "cell phone parts strewn all over" as reported by LE are in fact the cell phones Maytee states were on the body?
I dunno . . . if you're ripping the bag off your child's head perhaps the cell phone would be dislodged during the removal.
Thrown in a moment of anger at the discovery or perhaps fallen to the floor and stepped on?
For the record, I'm no fan of psychics.
But they know this, already . . . the legitimate ones . . . spooky.

LotusFlower...are you a friend of Maytee's. You state this like it's a fact. And all these discrepancies are a pattern with her. She flings stuff out, it makes the rounds, and parts of it are portrayed as facts and they are not. I am trying to keep fact from fiction so we can go from there. Besides, I think it is bizarre to say all that shit if it's not true..why not just say..I'm breaking into the house. That would bring the cops too...but she goes on about towels, cell phones on their bodies, lisa being half clothed...all falsehoods
At this point in time, I would think that you wouldn't have to make up stuff to get the cops there. They were dead and she didn't wait for the cops anyway...they busted down the door.

911 call:
"So I drove out to their house after umm my friends mom got home and umm nobody answered the door so I drove back by our house to see if maybe they went to his moms house and umm but he wasn't there and ummm so his dad called my phone and I was like do you want a ride out there and he says yeah and I brought him out here and now his moms arguing with me saying I set them up and you know their my friends and Im worried about them and I don't have and you know Im worried about my friends because they were suppose to come pick me up and I mean they never showed up."
Tiff's statements here:
"and after i left the first time i drove back and then called a friend whos boyfriend is johnnys best friend .i asked for the number she would not give it to me.she told me stay by my phone shed call me back an 20 minutes later johnnys dad called i told him what happened and told him i was driving back there did he want a ride he said yes so i turned around and picked him up thats why all the time went by."
"personaly i think the lady(Maytee) is crazy.i did not kno her i met her the night of all of this."
So in the 911 call, she wondered if JC and LS had gone to his mom's house, but they weren't there. How did she know where his mom's house was but yet she had never met his mother before? I guess it's possible, but just seems odd. And how did she determine at "his mom's house" that "he wasn't there"? I believe from Maytee's 911 comments, she didn't meet Tiff until the Straub driveway. According to Tiff's statement, JC's dad called and she told him what happened. Had she just gone to JC's mom's house and determined he wasn't there without actually speaking to anyone? Was everyone out of JC's mom's house but then suddenly they were home and calling her or 911 from there?
Had she met JC's dad before? Why did she offer him a ride when Maytee soon was in a car on her way to the Straub's? Why did the dad need a ride? Why would Tiff and the dad consider car pooling if they didn't know each other?
And another thing, if one of my friend's asks me to come over, says they'll call me back, and then they don't call and they don't respond to my calls and texts, I would assume their plans changed. I wouldn't be worried for their safety.
Dad needed a ride because I don't think Maytee or dad have a car and Maytee couldn't go with them bcuz she had to stay home with her sons I imagine. Yes Maytee soon drove over but I believe they used her cousin's car bcuz you can hear Maytee on 911 call giving directions to her cousin on where the Straubs live so the cousin was probably driving.

I know the family, it's facts. I agree w/all that you have said, I think she knows alot more that the typical mother would know in this situation.

I think one of the reasons that this case has attracted so much interest is the manner of death. Guns are a convenient and effective means to murder and, as a result, have become very prevalent in drug and gang crimes. For plastic bags to be used, you would first have to subdue the individuals (at risk to yourself while doing so) and then take the extra time associated with suffocation to make sure the job was complete. If the killers wanted to minimize their time at the scene and minimize the chance that DNA would be left as a result of the struggle, guns would have been the way to go.
So if it were a robbery gone bad, why employ plastic bags? In my opinion, the manner of death suggests a motive of revenge, either for snitching or stealing from the wrong person. This crime was done to maximize pain and to send a message. I think it was premeditated.

Gotta stay focused on the 3 things people are murdered over...
REVENGE
LOVE
MONEY
That's pretty much it and in those 3 MO's there is a plethora of suspects. To many to count probably.

Daniel St. Clair is not dead, he was involved w/ JC and another guy Quintwez Sanders for the two armed robberies but has since been released while Sanders is still incarcerated...unless I missed something??
Oops, I used the wrong name. I meant TW's dead fiance, "Donald"?

This couple is the only positive influence that Johnny had in his life. Johnny was like a son to them....you have no idea what they are going through. I can assure you that the picture of Aunt Mag was a bad editors choice to use (their tears are real and genuine). Maggie is the complete opposite of her "Evil" sister. For nearly 5 years Johnny lived with his aunt and uncles house while Mommy was no where no be found. Poor Johnny to be born into that enviroment. Things all changed once Mommy came back in the picture.

So the intruder knew people on the outside were wondering what was going on inside. Maybe even saw the Cops come and go. So possibly the bags over the heads was their way of making the quiet kill without anyone hearing gun shots. Just a possibility I'm throwing out there for the hell of it.

Gang member gets three life sentences for two murders, kidnapping
September 22 nd, 2010 3:43 am ET
A 26-year-old member of the street gang International Robbing Crew received three life sentences Tuesday after he pleaded guilty to two murders and a kidnapping with bodily injury.
Mr. Daquan Stevens already was serving a life sentence plus 75 years for another gang-related murder and attempted armed robbery when officers linked him to the other three crimes, according to the Atlanta-Fulton County District Attorney’s office.
Investigators originally charged Mr. Stevens in a 60-count indictment with 11 other members and associates of the criminal street gang, the district attorney's spokeswoman Ms. Yvette Brown said.
The original indictment charged the IRC with eight murders, several armed robberies, kidnapping, and tampering with evidence, Ms. Brown said.
The gang, some evacuees from New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina hit five years ago, may have killed up to 30 people within a two-year period in an attempt to dominate the Atlanta crime scene, according to media reports.
The district attorney’s office provided these details on the three crimes:
Mr. Stevens and other gang members planned to burglarize Mr. Mamadou Barry, a Warehouse owner and business associate of Mr. Steven’s father. But when the African businessman returned home unexpectedly that November in 2005, the defendants hog-tied, handcuffed, duck taped, and suffocated (with a plastic bag over his head) him and left his body inside the bathtub of his West End apartment.
Less than a year later, gang members gunned down Ryan Harmon, a soldier who had just returned home after completing his tour in Iraq. Days before his murder, Mr. Harmon and his friends had a dispute with Mr. Stevens and his co-defendants outside a local nightclub. In the early morning hours of April 13, 2006, Mr. Stevens and his co-defendants saw Mr. Harmon driving and followed him. Mr. Stevens pulled out an AK 47 assault rifle and shot at the back of Mr. Harmon’s vehicle at least 14 times; hitting Mr. Harmon twice and causing him to crash.
Less than five months later Mr. Stevens and co-defendants held at gunpoint a man they were previously gambling with, intending to rob him. On Sept. 11, 2006, they forced Mr. Gary Lester into a vehicle and ordered him to call his girlfriend at their East Point apartment. While some gang members held Mr. Lester hostage in one location, other IRC members and associates burglarized his home, forced his girlfriend to strip naked and eventually took many of the victim’s personal belongings. The IRC members took Mr. Lester to a remote location, handcuffed him and tried to suffocate him with a plastic bag. But Mr. Lester broke free. Someone pointed a gun at the victim’s head but it jammed when the trigger was pulled. The gang members let Mr. Lester go at that point, concluding that it was an “Act of God” that he survived death twice.

Tell us why you say Maytee is "evil" (not that I find that hard to believe). Also, do you know anything about her affinity for witchcraft?
And, were her people from the Mariel boat lift from Cuba?

No. Nothing has been confirmed beyond what was released right at the beginning. Cause of death - asphyxiation.

Sure, murder by plastic bag has happened, but compared to gun murders, is very very rare. Without knowing the statistics, I would venture to guess that for every murder by plastic bag, there are 1000 murders by gun.

So we don't know for sure if LS died from the plastic bag over her head. It could have been that she was choked to death, possibly using the pants.
