I think LC said if it was in the public domain it was okay as long as you give credit. If I'm wrong she may have to edit it so if you're alright with that it would be fine to post.

So maybe there was some type of video surveillance, and the perps got the manual out and checked how the system was set up and where the DVD recorder was?? I THINK you can find scanners online? I use to listen to one, every now & then, in Palatka County, FL (sp?) ... Couldn't tell you how to get to it now. You key in the county of a place, etc ... Sorry, I'm of no help.
