Sorry, I have tried reading all but it's very long and sometimes skimming through things are forgotten ! ... I don't want to offend so I will not post again ! Again.. Sorry !

OMG People! I obviously need a break, as LadyCop said, if we don't get new news soon, "we will start devouring our young."
It's the hint of arsenic that gives it that extra kick.

BUT seeing as there hasn't been any new information out on the case, some topics have been hashed and rehashed several times. seeing that things are slow... it might be a perfect chance for you to do some "light reading" haha. part of the reason this thread is getting longer and longer is because as new people join they ask the same questions or bring up the same points that have already been discussed. briefly: the key... it is believed it was kept in the garage and the garage door was closed when they arrived at the scene. "walking out the door" many possibilities have been discussed 1 tiff's not being truthful about her story. 2 a lot of people say they're "walking out the door" even if they know they might not actually walk out the door for 5 more minutes. etc... please do some reading though to avoid asking more of the same...

Thank you LC
I live in Holland " Springfield twp " , and it's very scary ! In my heart I don't believe it was a random act , but by no means will I put any guard down ! No matter how hard we rack our brains we will never know until the arrest (s) have been made and or someone spills their guts ! It takes a pretty heartless person to commit such a crime, and anyone that is affiliated with these types of people have to be just as cold-hearted ! JMO

So the only thing that makes sense to me is that the car was in the garage, Johnny walks out of the house and into the garage, hits the remote on the garage door, and the bad guys enter the garage before JC gets in the car. Probably with guns. Lisa was probably going to hang out @ home and change while JC went to pick up Tiffany.

After reading further it still hasn't been established by anyone who knew lisa what time she got off work. I want emperical evidence showing what time she got off work. its very important to 1st establish a true timeline of events. not guesses, but someone who she works with say she got in the car with Mr. Clarke at 10:06 pm. we all know what that establishes with tiff's 11:00 call then. (of course unknown's comment about the lights on 1st time cops come, off the 2nd throws a wrench)

A quick question...does anyone know if someone's record continues to reflect arrests if the case has been expunged? Are records typically expunged in the when there has been a deal made with LE? An expungement motion needs to be filed with the court, it is then ruled on by the appointed Judge. If the expungement is granted NOTHING will show regarding that specific case. There is no automatic expungement, such as when a plea is made. Sometimes you will see the term "Nolle Prosequi" which means the prosecution does not have enough evidence to procede at this time. Nolle's are usually made prior to a grand jury indictment. Should more evidence become available the charge can then be re-opened on the Nolled case.

I should clarify that an expunged charge is still accessable to law enforcement, prosecutors and courts. It CAN be brought up in a future case with regard to sentencing or character. Average people, such as employers cannot access the record therefore, you can legally answer that you have no record.

Thank you for answering my question! I just got home from work (third shifter) after having stewed about this case all night. I was coming up the driveway so fast that the car slid and an entire cup of coffee flew into the console. Crap! Can someone give up information in exchange for an expungement? Do the charges truly disappear forever? If so, are old charges invisible even to LE?

So expunged records aren't visible to us via public records, right?
I guess where I'm going with this is could Maytee have a lot more criminal activity than we are viewing on her rap sheet? Could there be a kernel of truth to what some have described as her pattern of snitching? |
