Sorry must have missed that in the shuffle. I knew that it was reported Lisa had rescued a dog that was in the house, but again, never payed this dog Maytee was showing any mind because I thought the dog in the house was a Rot. This doesn't look like a Rot to me.

I;m pretty sure Lisa's uncle stated in the press conference she had rescued a rottweiler thats no rott.I wonder if there is another.And I agree its pretty interesting that they wont give the dog to Maytee.

I find it strange that out of all of Johnny's gang banging violence craving thug friends, that I have not seen a single one post a message about getting revenge for their beloved friend Johnny!! I mean these are people who are all about street justice, and protecting their own, and it seems odd that no one has mentioned getting back at their friend's killers! So much bravado and then nothing! Do they all know who did it and are just terrified of the killers? Or, what?!?!!!

This reminds me of a question I asked earlier. Is this one of your longest threads for a crime? I've never been on a forum before so I assumed that this was the norm but, I beginning to think this case is much more unusual than others. I am really interested of course bcuz i am family. i am amazed at people's interest. people that live thousands of miles away.

Don't know if this is relevant, but according to one of Johnny's friends, who has had bracelets made in memory of Johnny and Lisa, the bracelets are Johnny's favorite color- BABY BLUE.

I have to disagree with this. Although minimal, I saw a post on the FB wall of one of his friends that mentioned revenge. They didn't mention revenge on who, they just mentioned revenge.

I believe there has been too much talk on here about people who are not connected. People wake up, an arrest is coming soon....prepare yourself to be shocked.

I went on the record very early on.......and I do not think I will be shocked.
I just hope they have IRREFUTABLE proof on ALL levels of this mostly
orchestrated event.

If I was in their shoes I'd be terrified of whoever did this to Johnny & Lisa in case I drew their attention on me, so that could be a factor. Also, maybe Johnny and his closest pals weren't gang members per se but just part of the wider circle that partied with them, and wouldn't have the muscle needed to avenge him?

I think at first glance, Johnny and Lisa appear to be straight-laced kids. This drew the shocked factor. Once you dig deeper, you realize that drugs are involved and most people turn away, I would say.

I remember first reading about this case on a Yahoo article. There were comments below the article and one person said that "unemployed" and "barber school" read to him as "drug dealer". He got pounced on by the other commenters for being callous to these poor young kids.

Well...

And then as soon as the articles started coming out that Johnny had a prison record, I think this case fell off the radar for most people.

Alot of people call pits rots or terriers. I think it's because of how people think about them. I know people who have them, but call them rots.

I agree at first glance this couple looks very relatable to the average Joe..(this could have been me the innocent victim factor) then all the other things come out and most law abiding people think this would never happen to me and they lose interest
