This is puzzling to me. JC was arrested for possession on 11/04/07 an OR'd on 11/05/07. Then the aggravated robbery chrges filed on 11/05/07. But at the end of the docket entry for the possession arrest it says this:
12/19/2009 Disposition information for this charge has been electronically sent to BCI. Clerk entry
So why was BCI requesting info on JC's possession charge?
I just haven't seen that before. I have looked at a lot of court documents.

I agree that BC is very creepy, and well not on our side obviously, but this is something that he would not have done and if I am wrong I will be very suprised because like I said he was gone before this happened hell he was gone in January soon after his last post or right before if Im not mistaken. I would just like to say that intelligence is NOT a factor in being sadistic and cruel. It doesn't take brains to torture and murder someone, much less, ransack a house! STUPID people are also capable of this sort of vile behavior!!

There's nothing to say that there wasn't a couple of idiot thugs who made a mess of a crime scene with their DNA all over the place. Lets hope that EYE is right and that DNA has been returned!

It slipped while talking to a good source thats been in contact with one of the families. But as I told LC I can't help but wonder if the family isn't spreading that to scare the perps into turning themselves in??? There has been other talk that someone was recently arrested for it yet no names are given there either. But my source has had good info on everything else in this case hoping this is the same result.

This is in reference to court ordered fingerprints which are electrionically sent to BCI. These case dispostions relating to the fingerprints are tracked for informational purposes. Just an FYI...carry on.

You've been very supportive of Maytee and I'll bet it meant a lot to her. I think she's out of her mind with grief and anger and i don't blame her. It couldn't be more personal, for her, and it's got to be hard to see people on a forum discuss, with objectivity, the personal details, police records, rumors, and her precious son.
I pray that the Creator, universe, whatever, relieves her of this terrible pain and that her anger finds some end when the killers are removed from society. I know that Johnny would not want his mother to suffer like this. It's not good for her. It just has to play itself out.

Its called integration of computer systems, and catching up with a "backlog" of information. You will find cases from the 1990s that have the same docket entry, while others do not. BCI did not personally request that particular information. It is now standard practice with most criminal justice agencies in Ohio now to send numerous forms of data to various agencies, including past records.
