Why does the billboard indicate that to you? I just have a hard time believing that one person, even holding a gun, would be able to subdue two healthy, young people. Johnny at some point in time would have made his move to disarm the individual and Lisa would have beaned them with a frying pan. No--there's no way it was just one person. No way.

i dont see how this could have been done by just one. maybe if they were shot but with bags over there heads? i just cant see it

I wouldn't put to much into that site. I tried it and it said different names and different priors on the same road each time I put a different house number. Said my neighbor is named XYZ and is a rapest. It was the wrong name, and the neighbor is not a rapest. I then put in their house number, and got nothing. but two doors down where a widow lives alone, the site said she is really a 30 year old man, who was convicted for arson.
I also used the site and found three people living in a park and
two in the middle of a river. ROFL Guess the latter two are floating
down the river.

I think the bags were used, but weren't working fast enough so the prick choked them, which caused the neck injuries. but could have also been during the initial struggle.
I agree

1. How would the 'family' know this?
2. Would police tell the family this if they knew it?
3. Why would someone repeat it?
4. If it were my family member, I would not have repeated it.
5. Could this be a 'test the chain' piece of info. I do not know what the
proper word for it is, but it is when a piece of information is placed with
one person who then deliberately 'slips' and says it to another person
to 'see the chain' down which that piece of information flows.
In addition:
A .How many of the facts on here are just such?
B. If Tiffany were a big time 'heroin' dealer, why would she be looking
to Johnny and Lisa for drugs?
Just some things that have not computed in my mind recently.
Any feedback?
for some reason, I don't believe she was spit on. I've only heard that from one source and I don't remember how that person was tied to the case. However, judging by how hard it's been to get any suspects, I don't think they would have been that stupid to spit on someone. One of the easiest ways to get DNA. Unless this perp knows already that his DNS is not currently in the system. But even then, he could be caught at any time for something else and might have to submit DNA
that would be incredibly stupid..

1. John Sr who found the bodies
2. Wouldn't have to.... John Sr found the bodies
3. Why not? I'm sure the family had lots of questions for John Sr & they in turn told people who told people who told people
4. Everyone's different
5. If true, I think it was more that one person told another who told another & so forth
A. Not many. We know that Tiffany was the last to speak to JC, we know that there was a struggle in the downstairs portion of the home, we know that the parents bedroom was ransacked & holes were punched in the walk in closet walls, we know that there was evidence taken from the home which included, a lighter, pieces of white plastic baggies, scales, a dvd, a few other things.... I'm sure you can find a list arounf here somewhere. We know that JC * LS were suffocated with plastic bags of some sort, we know that JC was bound by ankles & wrists & plastic bag was secured with duct tape, we know that LS wrists were bound with duct tape & plastic bag was secured with duct tape, we know that there was a "pool" of blood in the bag of LS, we know that JC was at the home of VD prior to leaving to pick up LS from work..... I think? that about covers the FACTS
B. Good question! Also if Tiffany were a big heroin dealer why didn't she have her own vehicle, place to live etc & so forth In my opinion she is not a big heroin dealer.

[/quote]Incredibly stupid BUT in the heat of the moment, even if a perps DNA was in the bank, the perp could have done it and not even know he/she did it. People do things without even knowing they did them. IF spit was involved, that's my thinking about how that went down.

And I am not necessarily disagreeing--just thinking out loud that it is inconceivable in my mind that one person could have been responsible. I don't think anyone directly involved in perping this crime would talk for an award--it'll be a girlfriend/boyfriend who is confided in and who then confides in someone else who confides in someone else, who eventually talks that will lead LE back to the true killer's identities. That takes time which is another reason why we haven't seen that work yet. And if the killers are unknown to the area (from out of town) then there exists the possibility that they never will be caught. After all, there are no witnesses to what went down...not even a vehicle description that we are aware of.

Anyway, here's some Jefferson on "the general welfare":

Not that I'm Methusala, but I figured I'd jump in without an invite.
This is debated over and over and over. The power of Congress to charter a bank and to give that bank power to issue circulating paper currency was confirmed by the Supreme Court almost 100 years before the Federal Reserve was even formed. See McCulloch v. Maryland, 17 U.S. 316 (1819).

None of which has been proven to me at this point. It seems to me that when things like this happen people get judgemental and start acting like they don't care or like they deserved it. Like when a prostitute is killed. Which wasn't helped by the last comments made by LE making it sound like they deserved it. That is just wrong and doesn't help to get this solved. This was still someones son/daughter,sister, brother and friend. Plus none of this has been proven. Baggies mean nothing. They could have just smoked weed. Corner of baggie = a nickel of weed.Digital scale could have also been used to make sure they weren't getting a "tight" sack. I think that is why Nancy Grace stopped talking about it. She has judged and decided that its not worth her attention. I also think that the comments made by LE at the springfield township meeting was to get pressure off of them and to make their suburban residents feel safe.Even if its not true.
In any murder case, everything is relevant. The lifestyles, social connections, things that may help us understand how these things happen. If someone was all up in the drug culture (and I don't mean hippies smoking weed) or a prostitute or whatever, it's relevant. Ultimately, the important thing is murderers need to be apprehended and put away, and every murder victim matters (for many reasons). Just imagine if cases like the Green River killer were blown off because the victims were prostitutes!
I don't know if Nancy Grace blows off victims that she thinks were social losers. She's full of shit, though, and she's the legal equivalent of the National Enquirer. She's made a career and her money on dead children, for the most part. When there is nothing going on with a case, she keeps repeating the same shit and saying, "BOMBSHELL!". It's a disgusting wringing of these stories for all they're worth - for money. Compare that to John Walsh. I'm actually embarrassed for myself when I allow myself to watch her.
Nancy Grace also has a total disregard for truth. I once saw her in a discussion with Jeff Feiger. He was talking about innocent people who are wrongly convicted and on death row. Her response was, "Okay, well, SOME innocent people ...", said with a tone like it was an acceptable trade off for getting mostly guilty people behind bars. It was appalling. I want GUILTY people locked up, not innocent people that corrupt or stupid prosecutors get a bug up their ass about for personal reasons. She's a typical prosecutor, in that respect and she'd "never be shot for her brains", as my mom always likes to say.
Nancy Grace is like 10,000 spoons when all you need is a spoon.

I'm not sure we really know anything other than the two are dead. we don't really know if tiff talked to johnny, but we maybe there was a call had between johnny's and the minor's phone at 11ish. who was on the phone's is anybody's guess. and we can say for fact the 911 calls were made at the stated times, and we know what was said on those calls. Of course we don't know if the statements on the 911 calls are fact. At this point I'm looking at every bit of info as a variable. For example, the holes in the closet. None of us have actually seen them, and maybe that bit of info was put out there to suck someone into saying something stupid.
I don't think one person could have done this. I broke it down way in the begining of how and why the mechanics of these murders would be very tough for one person, even with a gun. Unless they complied.
last, I always wonder if the perps are already back in juarez (spelling)? DCTim's comment always keeps me optimistic though.

I stand corrected Notsure, we don't really know if Tiffany was actually the last to speak to JC, we just know that the minors phone placed a call around 11 pm & Tiffany, per her own testimony claims to have spoken to JC at that time when the confrontation is reported to have begun. We also do not know for fact that there were holes punched in the wall. That was testimony from LS's uncle which I took as fact believing that he had no purpose to lie.... I could be wrong.
